The whole team brought such care and attention to detail, which earned our trust and made us feel valued throughout this process. They helped us create bespoke pieces (credenza, fireplace surrounded by built-ins) along with several minor updates that helped make our whole house feel custom and cohesive.

We hired Metro in 2022 to do the project management and construction on our kitchen remodel and we were incredibly happy with Tony, Heather, Josh, and their team! We had completed our design work prior to meeting with the Metro team, but Heather was willing to meet with us to review our design, offer feedback, and help us update a couple choices (at our request). She was also available throughout the process for quick design consultations (i.e paint colors, cabinet panel design, etc.). Tony and Josh (our project manager) were also incredibly helpful as we finalized some of the construction details. We had a soffit / dropped ceiling in our kitchen that I really wanted removed and other contractors had taken a quick look and told us it had to stay, but Tony and Josh were able to identify a solution that allowed us to raise our ceilings, which made me incredibly happy and made the finished product significantly better than it would have been if we had kept the lower ceilings. Throughout the process, Tony and Josh were incredibly patient with all of our questions and we are so happy with our decision to use Metro. We would definitely work with them again, if we had another house project!

Metro did a great job renovating our bathroom. The design process was a major added value from what we saw at other places. The designers, Kate & Sam, really listened to what we wanted, and they also presented options for us to consider that resulted in a bathroom that looks great and is not just some cookie-cutter project. During the construction, the quality of the work was great, and Metro did an excellent job communicating with us about each step along way, including when there were a few delays due to supply chain issues. Josh was our project manager for the construction, and he was excellent in communicating and addressing any minor issues that came up.

Having just completed my first full-scale bathroom re-model, I cannot recommend and thank the crew at Metro and particularly Tony Pino, enough. Tony initially responded to my plea on a neighborhood group after I was let down by another contractor AFTER having done the demolition! He happily took on my project at short notice, was endlessly helpful with design ideas, cheerfully put up with my indecision and changes-of-mind, worked seamlessly with sub-contractors, and encouraged me in making choices that worked beautifully. That the workmanship and finishes were of impeccable quality was just the icing on the cake, and I think the results speak for themselves! Thanks Tony, and your whole team... I can and do whole heartedly recommend Metro Design & Build to anyone, first time or seasoned remodeler!
