I put off remodeling our kitchen for years, just for fear of finding a great company for the job. My husband and I decided to stop in a few places one Saturday and our experience was varied, but when it came to Masters Kitchen and Bath we knew we had found the best. From the moment we walked in the showroom, cold without an appointment, we knew this was the place for us. I believe that we met with Sandra, and then she introduced us to Sasho. We felt very comfortable with them, and they showed us around the showroom a bit, allowing us to see the materials that would be used. We made an appointment for Sasho to come out and give us an estimate. This is where is gets interesting. Sasho was able to give us a relatively accurate ballpark total for what our remodel would cost. This is because all of your selections are made at the showroom, from materials present. You are not put in a postition to have to travel from place to place to select your cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and handles. Everything is right there. Jennifer visited our home once to get an idea of our taste, and from there she put together a plan that makes working in the kitchen flow easily from space to space. Due to our height, Jennifer also suggested raising the height of the island just a couple of inches, which makes food preparation and chopping so much more enjoyable for us. After having our kitchen totally planned, it was time for our technician Igor to take over. Igor is a very sweet, quiet, meticulous kind of guy. Igor arrived everyday well before starting work at 8am, but stayed outside until then. He generally worked until 5pm, cleaning up every day so we would be less inconvenienced. Igor generally worked steady and alone, with great attention to detail. On the days when heavy demolition or construction was necessary, another very nice young man accompanied him. Nothing was overlooked. I had such great confidence in Igor, knowing he was doing his very best, and taking serious pride in his work. Igor is quite talented at what he does, and the results show this. Our new kitchen makes our whole home look updated. It is a joy to walk into, from the back door or the front. When you walk into the kitchen it is a show stopper. Amazing. Just what a remodel should be, if you have the right people. We are thrilled with our results! Thank you Igor, Sasho, Sandra, Jennifer, and everyone at Masters Bath and Kitchen. You have made us very happy!

“Location: Old Town, Chicago.”

Location: Old Town, Chicago. Great company. Really enjoyed working with them. We completed (4) bathrooms across two separate projects. First project was Spring 2022 for master bath and basement full bath. Second project was Spring 2025 for the remaining two full bathrooms. Really great process and easy selection of materials. Jennifer's design recommendations were absolutely spot on every time. I would consider our home high end and we are very happy with the high quality of work - radiant floors are super nice during Chicago winters! I appreciated they spent a lot of time waterproofing and doing the things that absolutely matter, but no one sees because a lot of the important stuff is located underneath the finish tile. We had to fire a general contractor during our home renovation and that is how we found Masters bath. General contractor was slated to renovate our bathrooms but after some performance issues, we decided to go elsewhere. Once Masters Bath & Kitchen completed the first set of bathrooms, we knew they would be back for the second set. Great work. Lots of protection of existing surfaces. And any incidental accidental damage was absolutely fixed by time project was complete. Another thing I found cool was that the staff and workers that were part of first renovation in 2022 were part of second renovation in 2025 three years later. Keeping the same employees that long is a testament to the quality of the company I think. Lots of employee turnover out there so to deal with the same office and construction staff was really nice. If we decide to renovate our kitchen in the future, we will absolutely contact Masters Bath & Kitchen. Big shout out to Jennifer, Sandra, Sasho, and Zeljko. They are fantastic. They are examples of staff being on both our projects three years apart. If renovating a bath or kitchen, it is worth it to at least contact Masters Bath to see what they can offer. Feel like it is rare that folks finish a project and are super happy with the Contractor after they leave, but that is exactly how we felt after both sets of projects with Masters Bath & Kitchen. “So … our bathroom was completely gutted.”

So … our bathroom was completely gutted! The floor, the ceiling, tile, tub, the soffit over the tub … everything! We needed pipes and electrical work done, too. The tile, the cabinet, the quartz counter top, all of the accessories and the paint job is absolutely beautiful! We’re happy to say that it was worth the wait!!! The worker was meticulous and let us know everything that he was doing … every step of the way. We also worked with their designer to help us pick out and coordinate everything. Going with Masters Kitchen and Bath for a big bathroom renovation/expansion was THE best decision. Showroom - It was so convenient to be able to walk through the showroom and have a wide-ranging collection to choose from without also feeling overwhelmed. Sasho and Jennifer provided such great insight in helping us with our selections. They also took great care to walk us through the plans and the process. People and Communication - I can't say enough about how friendly, nice and professional everyone is. It was always a pleasure to speak with them. The level of communication is excellent. I always had to chase other companies down to get any information. But everyone at Masters is proactive about communicating with you and whenever we reached out they responded immediately. Workmanship - The bathroom looks gorgeous and everything is working perfectly. Alin is just amazing. He is so detail-oriented and you can see the skill and care he put into the renovation everywhere you look. He even did things that we weren't expecting but are so grateful for. “I had a great experience with Masters.”

I had a great experience with Masters. I did a kitchen remodel with them and worked mostly with Sasho and Igor. Everyone is very professional. I like that they have a showroom, which makes it easy to check out cabinets, materials, fixtures, etc. Once they started, the work took 3-4 weeks. Igor did most of the work and is very neat and thorough and easy to get along with. Everything came out pretty great. Plus they cover the wood floors with paper and cover any carpet with blankets and keep everything as clean as possible. Overall I feel great about choosing them and will probably go with them again for my bathroom in a few years.

The folks at Masters Kitchen and Bath delivered "as promised!" They were excellent at the design stage and they were excellent all during the process. They showed up on the days AND times as promised throughout the project. They did EXCELLENT work and the inspectors liked everything that they saw. They even went out of their way to protect the cleanliness of our hallways and entrances. We plan on doing another project with Masters this year. I would not have anyone else!

“We knew Masters did quality work when we saw how they had remodeled a close relative’s kitchen.”

We knew Masters did quality work when we saw how they had remodeled a close relative’s kitchen. But for due diligence purposes, we still had two contractors quote our project - Masters was the easy choice. There were many decisions we needed guidance on. Jennifer, our designer, was very helpful with those and helped us maximize our available space. We had extensive plumbing and hardwood flooring modifications involved, and true to their word, Masters maintained full ownership throughout each phase of the project. Sasho was our project supervisor, and he oversaw all work done by their plumbing and flooring partners, keeping us well informed along the way. Alin did a fabulous job with all of the demo, electrical, drywall, cabinetry, tile, finished carpentry, and appliance installation – a true craftsman and a genuine pleasure to work with. Everyone was very thorough in cleaning up at the end of each day and removing all materials – no dumpster needed! Our project went about as smoothly as a major kitchen remodel can, and their quote was very accurate on each stage of the project and the overall anticipated timeline. We are very pleased with the final result and highly recommend Masters Kitchen & Bath.

“The process from start to finish was very easy.”

The process from start to finish was very easy. Although the designer assisted with different ideas and products after consulting with me, she ultimately let me pick what I wanted. They recognized my needs in the bathroom to ensure safety and made these products look like a part of the beautiful design. The end result was better than I had envisioned and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Even the cleanup was done everyday after working. I personally give Masters Kitchen & Bath a five star rating from the planning, design, demolition, and construction to the final touches and finishes.

It was a wonderful experience to work with Masters Kitchen and Bath. They took care of everything design, permit, paper work for association. They did all the work on time. They provided me with weekly updates as I was out of country during the remodel. The new bathroom looks beautiful. I will definitely work with them again in the future.
