Over the past 8 years, Lotz Custom Carpentry has completed home improvements in every room in our house. Several of them major remodels along with finishing our basement. My most recent job was replacing some exterior trim & soffit from a gutter that failed over the years. Frank Rano was my Project Manager. What I realized about the most recent job is their dedication to quality no matter how big or in this case how small the job is. Frank came out to inspect our exterior and identified what caused the damage and what needed to be replaced. He provided a competitive quote and got the job done. His team completed the work 100% as Frank said they would and when he said it would be done for the price we agreed on. What else can you ask for? As with any home improvement it is always a good idea to meet with a couple companies to learn more about what you are considering and get a quote. I strongly suggest visiting with Frank at Lotz Custom Carpentry on your next home improvement. You will be glad you did!

We needed collar ties added in our attic and a rafter anchored more securely to the ridge board. The work was done in one day and they cleaned up everything nicely! There was some very minor paint cracking on our ceiling that was made a little worse while they were working in the attic, but they were super nice and had a painter come out and patch it up for us! They even fixed another part of that ceiling that was cracking and put a fresh coat of paint on the entire ceiling in the small hallway where they were doing the work. It was really above and beyond what other companies have done for us, and I'm happy we went with Lotz.

My husband is a Vietnam veteran with multiple disabilities. We had 6 stairs to get to our front porch & it was becoming increasingly difficult for him to manage. The VA offers ADA compliant home modifications & after researching, I called Lotz Custom Carpentry & Brian came out to discuss options. He & his phenomenal team tore down & replaced my entire porch & deck along with a outside lift for my husband. Their work exceeded my expectations. They did a beautiful job & 2 of my neighbors asked for Brian's card to do their own decks. They worked quickly to get the job done so we could get on with our life. I highly recommend Lotz Custom Carpentry for any home remodeling you may have.

Lotz designed and built a new deck for us. Throughout the process, they were incredibly responsive and patient as we thought about what we wanted to do. Drawings were updated promptly. Once our permit was received, they started immediately and worked so quickly. Lotz's carpenters were wonderful. They asked for daily feedback; if we had any concerns or questions about what was happening. If there was anything that needed to be changed, they addressed it quickly. They were incredibly thorough. We are so happy with the outcome. The city inspector said it was one of the best-built decks they had seen. I would strongly recommend Lotz and we will definitely use them again. Nothing but good things to say about them.

We recently reached out to Brian and crew for a quick bathroom remodel project. We used them 4 years ago to finish our basement. They were fantastic. Responded right away and did a great job updating our bathroom. We highly recommend using Brian and team for any remodeling needs! Brian and his crew are fantastic! We hired them to finish our basement this past summer. From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with how our basement turned out. The crew was very professional and clean throughout the project. We had a few change requests after the project got started. Brian did not hesitate to understand our requests and ensured his team was on top of the changes! Communication was fantastic. We were also impressed with their craftsmanship. We will definitely be hiring Brian and his team again to complete our next projects!

We had a wonderful experience with Frank and the entire team at Lotz! They remodeled our kitchen after a water emergency happened, which led to a remodel of a bathroom and some additional (but necessary) plumbing and electrical work. The house was a disaster, and our lives are extremely hectic - and I can't tell you how happy we were with the care and handholding that Lotz gave us. They were extremely professional, communicative, and proactive. They demand perfection - which is what you want in a remodel haha. I also want to give a huge shout out to their designer Ashley, who had stellar recommendations! She really understood our vision and had some excellent choices, esp the countertops. My husband and I would highly recommend Lotz and we will be using them for additional projects at our home! Thank you!!

We hired Lotz Customer Carpentry to replace windows damaged by fallen tree limbs, repairs to an aging screened-in porch and related finishing carpentry, painting and staining. Throughout the process, from start to finish, we were kept well informed about what to expect and when. The staff were courteous and professional, and their attention to detail and workmanship was simply excellent. If you want your expectations exceeded, you need look no further!
