Our family had great experience working with LivCo from beginning to end! We fully remodeled the first floor of our 1960’s colonial home in 2023. The incredibly talented team at Livco truly collaborated with us to design and build a new kitchen, bathroom and mudroom space that completely transformed our home to suit our family’s needs. Communication through each phase of the renovation was excellent. I cannot emphasize how refreshing it was to work with a team who took time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had as homeowners. We never felt pressured or rushed at any point in time during our remodel. The construction team was absolutely professional and the beauty and craftsmanship of their work is top shelf! Our family chose to stay in our home during the remodel during the winter months, which was a decision we were quite nervous about. LivCo went above and beyond, making sure we had comfortable, clean space for our children and pets. Two years on, or house is as beautiful as the day it was completed! We appreciate the design and workmanship every day. Thank you to all of the team at LivCo (too many to list) for transforming our house into a space we love.

LivCo helped us reimagine some spaces to be more functional for our family and pitched an idea for a whole new look for the exterior. We reached out to Livco to help us master plan our new house that was both outdated and had a lot of mismatched layouts and styles- and we wanted to see its potential! I have to say, Livco gave us the house we dreamed of - that’s both functional and beautiful , that really feels like it’s our home now, and that meets our needs and personality. Plus, they made the whole process not only survivable, but enjoyable. Every step along the way for this HUGE project with so many layers and moving parts, the team at Livco made us comfortable, or didn’t proceed with something until we felt comfortable! A (basically) whole house remodel is not an inexpensive undertaking, so it was important to us that decisions were thoughtful and attention to detail was thorough- we met with the team for initial intros and scope, got the coolest full scan of the house, then got the fun started with concept design. By really listening to our needs and getting to know our personalities - even those initial renderings weren’t super far off! Although, if you would have asked me on day 1 what I thought about MOVING the staircase - I would have said YOU’RE NUTS! But today after all is said and done and we have been back living in the house for about 5 months- I couldn’t imagine it any other way. I feel the way Livco is set up end to end - the team gets to know you and you look forward to catching up each week! they handled curve balls (oh the water issues our lovely 70+ year old home gifted us! )- and ensured things got fixed and taken care of before moving to the next phase/task. I can tell they take pride in their work, and I am glad they don’t just ditch you when it’s all said and done , remaining available for all our follow up questions or any concerns that come up!

We hired LivCo to design and build a 2 story + basement addition with a full kitchen renovation. From our first meeting until the last item on our punch list was completed, the LivCo team was outstanding. We’d recommend them for anyone considering remodeling or constructing an addition. Our 130 year old home was in good hands during our 18 month relationship with LivCo. Their design team listened to our needs and delivered creative solutions. The construction team managers and interior designers were excellent at communicating during the renovation process and providing help as our young family of 5 lived through the construction (with no kitchen for 5 months). When surprises were uncovered, LivCo provided immediate attention to find a solution. The quality of work at all levels was excellent. They are fair, transparent, thorough, thoughtful, and trustworthy. We love our new kitchen and primary bathroom and happy that LivCo was there to guide us on this journey.
