John and his crew are really nice to speak with and care about your project. John and his crew on our project had to do a total rip out of lathe and plaster. After the 1st day, I was shocked and amazed that after carrying out the mess,I did not see 1ounce of debris or dust for that matter any where. John had made a comment before he started the project that he treats your house the way he would want his house treated... After a long road and decision making and not to mention on a home over 100 yrs.old our bathroom looks amazing,thanks to Lamka Construction.

While at our home they were able to quote and update our kitchen and family room with fast turnaround as well. Honest, straightforward and high quality communication and work from John and his team with a quote that reflects the quality of work.
