We just finished a complete remodel with KBU—kitchen and three baths. We started with Kelly, and she was outstanding. Ownership changed, and we were concerned that the new owners would not deliver the same kind of product as previous owners. Not a worry. The new owners have the same dedication to the client and are also a pleasure to work with. We love the finished product and we are very happy with owner, Owen and crew leader, Rade. We had a budget for this very large project, and they helped us stay within that amount. We never felt that we had to skimp on choices to stay in budget. One of the best things about Owen is he responds immediately. No matter what day or time we’d text, email or call, Owen responded within the hour and often faster. And his response was always positive and supportive. Any issues or problems? He took care of them without any hesitation. He wanted us to be satisfied and happy with the results. And we are. One of the other tradespeople (not Owen's) broke an item and is replacing it, but it won’t arrive for several months after our remodel is complete. No problem, Owen will have Rade install that item for us when it arrives. To us, that says a lot about Owen and his business philosophy. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have Rade and Jesus as our crew. Rade does things the right way. He never skimped or took shortcuts. Even if it was more difficult or took more time, Rade did it the right way. Rade also wanted us to be happy with the results. He is thorough, professional, skilled and experienced. Many times there were choices and decisions, and we were not sure which to do. We had so much confidence in Rade’s experience and skill that we deferred to his suggestions. We were never disappointed. Remodeling can be a stressful mess, but the people at KBU make it as stress free as possible. They are a pleasure to work with and to know. Mike & Linda Cohen

Now that our recent renovation of a master bath and powder room is complete, we are delighted by the results every time we use the rooms. Owen should be included in an MBA course on excellent management of a business, as his attention to detail and prompt and effective communication are second to none. We felt as though he wasn't just the owner of Kitchens & Baths Unlimited, but also our advocate. Jesus and his crew did a superb job of demolition, construction, and clean-up at every stage of the project. In addition to clearly being expert at their roles, they were polite, kind, and frankly a delight to work with. This is of paramount importance, because there will be times you see your construction crew more than your family members in any given day! We recommend Kitchens and Baths Unlimited without reservation for your project. I have already recommended them to a close friend and to our townhouse Homeowners' Association as a resource.

Kelly provided us with an excellent design and followed through as general manager of the project, always communicating clearly and promptly. Once scheduled, she made sure that the timeline for each phase of the project was carried out with no real delays. Her team—plumber, electrician, carpenter, tilers, and painters—were all top notch pros.

Kelly and her whole team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the design phase all the way through construction, everything was perfect. They were super helpful to my wife and I who don’t usually have the best design knowledge. They found creative ways to work with existing features of our bathroom that we wanted to keep while incorporating many new elements. The workers were so helpful and absolute professionals. They did a great job of isolating the space to minimize construction dust and left our house in pristine cleanliness everyday. They were especially respectful of our family requests and needs during Covid-19. We are super happy with quality of all the materials uses, especially the craftsmanship of the cabinets. The amount of storage we now have is so great. We could not be happier with the final results and our only regret is we didn’t do the project sooner. We were so happy with results, we have already used KBU for another project, albeit smaller.

Having redone our entire 1st floor a few years prior, we were a little reluctant to undergo another renovation. But, we knew our upstairs bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Looking at 3 different companies to help with our project, we settled on Kelly/Kitchens and Baths Unltd. Kelly is excellent to work with; professional, knowledgeable, just an overall pleasure to work with! Love the end result and highly recommend her and her company.
