We had been contemplating a kitchen remodel for a half-dozen years. For myriad reasons, the commitment to move forward had been postponed. In the winter of 2022, the time was right! I started researching a “refresh” rather than a gut job and found Alissa and Chris. After a couple other estimates, I knew Kitchen Refresh of Naperville was our first and top choice for the job. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome! We did add some construction changes to the refresh project so we can vouch for both the kitchen refresh and the construction work. We were very pleased with Alissa’s commitment to listening to our specific wishes and finding just the right thing to suit our needs. I liked her attention to detail in all things—big or small and her ongoing communication during the project. I believe the thing that initially sealed the deal was being able to go to the showroom and see the quality of the product and the color choices in person, BUT the quality of work and cooperative /collaborative relationship with both Chris and Alissa is what has us singing their praises

Kitchen Refresh did such a wonderful job updating our kitchen! This was an overwhelming and stressful decision for us – we're first-time homeowners and this was our first big project – but Alisa was so great during the initial consultation, helping us through it step-by-step. The whole team (Alisa, Chris and Cesar) was super helpful and professional. Not only did everything turn out great, it stayed on budget (amazing, but true!) and everyone we know has been raving about how awesome it looks. Cesar added an island (game-changer) and a little coffee shelf/cupboard thing on the side, as well as tore down the soffit to extend the original cupboards. Remodeling a kitchen is such a massive (and expensive) decision, and we're definitely glad we went with Kitchen Refresh.
