My wife and I really enjoyed the home building experience with King’s Court. Pete and his staff were truly professional and guided us through every step of the way. We were also very impressed with the subcontractors they work with. The qualify of their craftsmanship was truly top notch. Building for the first time we were very overwhelmed but KCB but Pete was extremely helpful throughout the process. Linda and Tiffany were very accommodating and we never felt as though we asked too many questions. Our 7 and 9 year old sons Liam and Colin also really enjoyed the process and are now “little home building experts.” If we every build again in the future we would choose KCB hands down. Thanks again to Pete and all of the KCB team for a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better builder!

It was our pleasure to work with Pete and his team. Pete is an honest and upright builder who assured that his client’s expectations are met. They adhered to the schedule and the attention to detail/workmanship is unmatched. The two year warranty is a bonus and reflects the integrity of their work. If we ever decide to build again I would without hesitation pick Kings Court!

Building a house is a large commitment for both the buyer and the builder. It takes time and patience from both parties to help the process move along smoothly and for the house to turn out as envisioned. We are happy to state that working with Pete and his team at Kings Court Builders (KCB) was a pleasant, smooth and productive experience, and that the final product – our house – exceeded our expectations. Ours was a custom home and Pete got involved early – even before we had a signed an agreement with KCB. He assessed the suitability of the tear-down property we were going to buy and made quick notes regarding the topology, orientation, etc. He interacted with us from his initial sketches to final drawings (often working overnight), always seeking our input to shape the outcome. Some other builders had asked us to start with their standard plans and refused to build on a narrow lot like ours. Pete knew from the get-go that we were starting with a clean sheet of paper. In the end, our house that was built on a narrow lot turned out to be spacious and a pleasure to live in! After signing the construction agreement, we worked with Courtney on material options and selection. The process that has often been described as daunting was in fact a lot of fun. Courtney was very easy to work with - always pleasant and patient with us. Her 3-D visualizations were very insightful too. She visited our old house to view our furniture and showed us where they would go on the plan for our new house. The suppliers to KCB had an adequate choice of materials which made it easier for us to pick colors, designs and products that we liked. Courtney helped us make the best color matches – for example, between the brick façade, roof shingles, windows and garage door, sometimes bringing in Linda for a second opinion. Chris (who has moved on in her career) helped double check our change orders to make sure nothing was duplicated. Once construction was complete, Frank gave us a walk-through that was through and encyclopedic. All the product and appliance manuals were safely left where we could find them. Ken has coordinated all warranty service with courtesy and promptness after we moved in. All-in-all our experience with KCB has been a positive and productive one and we would highly recommend them!

My wife and I purchased a home from King's Court Builders a little over 3 years ago. During that time I have come to know Pete Stefani well. I appreciate the way he conducts his business, how accessible he is and how well his team follows through. We looked at a few builders in the area, toured their homes and met with their staff. But something was clearly different when we first walked through King's Court model home in Ashwood Park. Within a few moments, we knew we were dealing with respectful and knowledgeable professionals who were eager to learn about our needs and deliver us the home of our dreams. And that's exactly what they did. The decision to purchase was not an easy one. We could have easily stayed in our existing home, we were not forced to move. In fact, we had just finished our basement in our existing house. But as we continued touring their under construction homes we knew we wanted to proceed further. I cannot say enough about Pete Stefani and the guidance he provided during our decision process. He spent hours of his time with us, including two hours late in the evening to walk through an entire Coventry home with us. I looked at my wife after that meeting and said, "we are buying from this guy. Owners of companies don't typically do this." I have reminded Pete of this over the years and how much we appreciated the effort. It's what made us say yes. Building a custom home is both an exciting an overwhelming experience. Many decisions have to be made and many hours were spent with our selections. Linda did an excellent job keeping us on task and making sure our selections were made. We appreciate all of their suppliers, they all helped us with selections and fixed any issues after closing. Pete once told me, "we are not perfect and if we make a mistake we will fix it." I also remembered this as we did experience an issue with our cabinets and they immediately fixed it with no delay in our closing date. As someone who lives in the sales world, this level of service is often more valuable than the product itself! We love our home and would absolutely build another one with King's Court in the future. We get compliments on it all the time. I have recommended several friends to consider them for their dream home and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

We built with Pete and his team in 2011 in Ashwood Creek on our own lot. He drew and then built a fully custom home based on our needs. My wife and I absolutely loved building with Pete. His attention to detail and organization made a difficult process very seamless. We would recommend King’s Court Builders to anyone that wants to build their dream home. The number of customers that build with Pete multiple times speaks volumes. If we ever build another home we would go back to Pete and King’s Court Builders in a heartbeat.

We hired the King’s Court team after 2 years of extensive searching for the right builder to build the home we’ve always wanted but couldn’t find in existing construction. We met with several builders, but when we met with Pete Stefani, we knew our search was over. We were impressed on house prepared Pete was at our first meeting. He took the time to listen to our requirements before we met in person and had a rough floor plan already made when we met. We made a few minor changes and then sent it to the architect for final drawings. Our new home consultant, Linda was so helpful with all the details of the selection process and guided us through every step, giving recommendations when needed. We have heard from others what a nightmare building a home could be, but our experience was quite different. Everyone at King’s Court, from Chris at the main office, Frank our building superintendent and Dave our point of contact for everything after closing and all the vendors and subcontractors involved, have all been the most pleasant and caring people. They really treat you like family and how they would want to be treated. It is no wonder why King’s Court has stood the test of time through all the ups and downs in the real estate market. You can tell the difference in quality and attention to detail that they put into our home. Needless to say, if we had to do it all over again we would pick King’s Court to build our home.

Can't say enough good things about King's Court Builders. Our project was a complete tear down and rebuild including a completely new foundation. From the day we contacted KCB through closing and even beyond they have been a first class organization. We interviewed other builders, and KCB proved to be the best choice for our family. KCB took a vested interest in our project, and listened to the needs and desires of our family and put together a perfect floor plan. KCB contractors and staff were also a pleasure to work with, and from hearing horror stories of friends who used other builders, we were pleasantly surprised by how stress free KCB made the entire process. KCB didn't over promise and under deliver, it was the exact opposite and my family and I couldn't be happier with our new home. I could go on and on about KCB and how great their work is, but if you are looking for a new home put KCB first on your list.
