“Keenahm construction has really transformed our loft condo.”

Keenahm construction has really transformed our loft condo. We're doing our construction in phases, and they've worked with us twice so far, and we will definitely be calling them back for the third phase. Derrick is extremely skilled and very knowledgeable about anything to do with home improvement, whether it's carpentry work, drywall, electrical, stone work, kitchen, bathroom - you name it. He's also very creative and really enjoys doing custom work. We have an unusual loft condo where nothing is standard, and he has had a solution for every problem. It's been a pleasure having Derrick and his team do their work here, and we can't wait to show off our latest renovations to our friends. I highly recommend them!

Keenahm Construction remodeled my upstairs bathroom and I absolutely LOVE IT! Mr. Span took the time to listen to how I wanted my bathroom to look and to guide me through what would look good, and gave me options for cost effectiveness as well, because I have never been through a renovation and didn't necessarily know what I wanted. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his craft. I can not wait to have him come back and remodel the rest of my home!

This company is excellent. Very punctual, professional, and the work is Amazing. They don’t take days and weeks to get the job done. They get in and get out but do a damn good job. From installations to painting. Lighting structures, mounting TV’s from the ceiling, you name it, they can do it.

They work fast without sacrificing quality. Keeping the space clean and organized as they worked. They disposed of all debris and left things clean and walkthrough ready. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My wife and I are very impressed with this company, they were recommended to us by a family member, and we are glad they did. Keenahm construction remodeled our kitchen to a more updated and upscale kitchen, that we would recommend them to anyone. They also did our roof for the garage and we are currently waiting for their scheduled to clear to fit us in for a third job of which my wife and I will write a second review.
