Being new to the area, and in need of a contractor to help with a basement bathroom install, we contacted JP Construction and Contracting LLC for an estimate. Jarred was very professional and informative as he went through the various phases of the project. What sold us on his company was his attention to detail and constant communication as we proceeded through the project. He is very knowledgeable was very willing to work with us as we had chosen to do a large portion of the finish work ourselves. He also works with a great group of sub-contractors, plumbing and electrical, who are also just as professional and informative as he is. The quality of this team's work has been outstanding. We will be working with Jarred and his team in the near future on our next project, (basement bedroom w/egress window), as soon as we finish up with the bathroom.

Needed work to repair a 20 yr old downed fence. JP was recommended by a friend and it was the right call to make. Fighting the rain and cold, they were able to replace my posts and get us back up. Fair price for fair work. I will be doing more business with them in the future

I had jarred do some ceiling repairs after I had recessed lighting installation (holes in my ceiling). He made it seem as though nothing ever happened to my ceiling. He did a great sanding and paint job to match my ceiling. He is very passionate, knowledgeable, and specific about his work. Would recommend!

Highly skilled, passionate, and affordable. Jarred and his team finished my basement from start to finish. The project included framing, insulation, drywall, floor leveling, flooring, electrical, trim, doors, etc. Each step was clearly communicated and executed to perfection. After a few days of work it was clear I could shift to an open-door policy, as he is pet friendly and took great care to keep the house organized. He'll continue to be my go-to for any work I need done, with another project already slated for later this year. The quality of his work speaks for itself and it saved me thousands of dollars compared to some quotes I received from other remodelers.

I had storm damage to my siding. Jarred researched a repair & agreed to patch the unsightly holes. He patched the holes, matched the siding color/paint. Leaving it completely undetectable. I am so grateful to Jarred, saving me thousands of dollars of which I was told previously by another contractor would need to be done. I will definitely hire him in the future.
