My wife and I were both thrilled how good our house looked after Jacobs 1 Construction replaced our aluminum siding with the James Hardee product. They also replaced all the gutters, fascia and soffits. He also oversaw our roof replacement and even finished the roof on our new shed. They did exterior painting. We also had them install a new kitchen window. Jacob was very patient with us with changes we were making. We highly recommend Jacob and Jacobs1 Construction.

There are not enough positive descriptive words relating to the service we received. From beginning to end our experience with Jacob 1 Construction was seamless and stress free. Jacob came to our home to discuss options, pricing and expected start date. He brought samples of the James Hardie Board as requested, and left large color samples, no pressure, so that we could insure choosing the right color/texture. Re-siding one’s home with this product is a big investment which Jacob clearly understood. He quoted a fair and reasonable price, talked with us about installing new gutters(larger size) as well as leaf guard protection. He was thorough and exerted no pressure but was helpful and shared experienced knowledge. The project began mid October as promised. The crew was exceptional. It was amazing to watch the team communication, and hard work displayed by each worker. They were meticulous in the installation and neat, insuring no debris to neighbors. The finished project looks incredible and the “no maintenance “ feature will be a bonus each year. The 5yr warranty on labor, included in Jacob’s price is an additional “extra” for peace of mind. We are grateful for the great work and love the new look if our home.

Hire this company for any project you may have! Jacob was the most pleasant person to interact with the work far exceeded my expectations. I hired Jacob to install vinyl siding on my 1890's house. He was sure to discuss every aspect of the job beforehand so we were on the same page at every point of the process. His price was fair when compared to other quotes, and it was money well spent. Jacob was great about making time to discuss anything I needed throughout the entire process, I'm very keen on small details and Jacob's crew was sure to pay attention to every little part of the job, all the small trim details and things people probably don't even notice. Everything was done exactly as we discussed and they completed the entire job in 2 days, I thought it would take weeks but again Jacob and his crew went way above my expectations. The crew even went out of their way to fix an issue that was my fault for lack of communication. I mistakenly told them to leave a piece of TV cable sticking through the new siding, then realized after the area was done that it was in fact not needed, I asked if they could cut it off and they were sure to not only cut it , but without me asking they also replaced the piece of siding so there was no hole remaining. It was in a spot no one would ever see, but they were sure to fix the issue 100% Again, I cannot recommend Jacob enough, literally every piece of the project was done well above my expectations, the house looks brand new and the process was painless from my end. (note that Jacob was not contracted to remodel the front porch) Edit to add that Jacob continued to follow up in regards to fixing an issue I had months after the job was complete. A delivery truck hit the cable/internet line feeding the house and it pulled the wire damaging a piece of siding. I called Jacob and he was right on it, he got a couple pieces of siding, came by and fixed this issue, no charge. Overall he is extremely reliable and does great work. He always gets back to you when you call, even when there is an issue and he's not getting paid for the fix. I would recommend Jacob to anybody.

We scheduled a date to look at the project. I received a quote that was more than reasonable. We talked about the project, what I wanted and what he believed would be best.
