We have the pleasure to work with Luke and Inland for a project to divide a large bedroom and install HVAC. The initial permit took a while, but I am impressed that things move fast once job started. Konrad have been very helpful and very responsive in handling day to day work progress. Wojciech is a very knowledgeable electrician and the mini-splitter installation is very planned and excuted. There is no lack of little surprises and weather interruption. But Konrad and crew handled those hiccups professionally and we are pleased for the overall quality of the project.

It was a full gut rehab on all 3 levels (including the basement), down to the studs, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the results. After interviewing several contractors, I immediately trusted Luke from the start. His professionalism, clear communication, and honest approach stood out from the rest. One of the standout qualities about working with Luke is how responsive he has been. Every single time I had a question or concern, whether by phone or email, Luke was there to answer. In an industry where it’s hard to get timely responses, finding a general contractor who takes the time to personally address every call and email is a rarity. Luke’s commitment to communication gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process, something I value immensely. Konrad, the project manager, kept me informed throughout the entire process, answering my questions and managing the timeline effectively. He was incredibly patient as I navigated the many decisions involved in such a major renovation. His thoughtful advice and guidance were invaluable. Konrad took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure everything was done to my satisfaction, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. “It is Extremely Important to hire a contractor that can perform the work based on the scope of work...”

It is Extremely Important to hire a contractor that can perform the work based on the scope of work and for any unforeseen site conditions that may arise during the Renovation or Construction Project. Inland Home Remodeling Inc. did an Outstanding Job for our Two-Flat Building Renovation that is over 100 years old!! Inland’s workmanship, for demolition, replacing/installing floor joists, updating the building electrical amps and panels, repairs, materials, equipment updates and design ideas to update the Kitchen and Bathroom were Superior! This Renovation took some time due to COVID and had a few unforeseen site conditions that came up. We are extremely impressed that Inland resolved those unforeseen site conditions and did not make a temporary fix. For example, the main plumbing line for the bathrooms had a severe leak, Inland stopped the work, had a licensed plumber inspect the problem, and the decision was to do a total replacement!! As homeowners, totally relieved. Inland’s subcontractors are talented in their trade, friendly and hard working. Inland’s Project/Construction Manager, Konrad did a phenomenal job, by being reliable and responsible. Also, having meetings when we had questions about selecting materials, equipment and offering his professional construction advice. We trusted Inland from the start of our renovation and from start to finish Inland highly performed on every level with passing grades! Inland was totally committed to finishing our project despite the delays not based on their performance but caused by COVID, getting the green light from the City and our HUD Consultant. Also, I want to mention that Inland got the proper permits for this project and passed all Inspections by the City of Chicago on the first Inspection including the architect drawings!! This renovation project budget was over six figures and Inland Home Remodeling Inc. did restore our Family Legacy!! We would highly recommend Inland Home Remodeling Inc. for all renovation and construction projects. We were so happy to move back home! In closing, we are Extremely Satisfied Inland Home Remodeling Inc.
