Choosing painters can be difficult, but my husband and I are so happy that we chose Improovy for our painting needs. Improovy has demonstrated exceptional service from our very first meeting through following up post-project. Any questions we may have had were answered confidently and everyone that we've worked with so far has been personable and professional. Improovy exceeds exceptions for their communication and especially their quality of work. It's great to be able to text the crew with any last minute questions or concerns and the response was always prompt and the messaging clear. The attention to detail during our outdoor home project was outstanding. The crew was diligent as soon as they arrived to when they finished the project. The team at Improovy really listen to what your needs are for the given project and provide their expert opinion without pushing you to do anything outside of what you're looking for just to get an extra buck. They really do care about the quality of their work and listen to what their customers want. Highly recommend Improovy for any and all painting jobs. From the second I inquired more information on their services the communication was above and beyond any company I’ve ever worked with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and communicated throughout the process. My painter was Jose and he was the absolute best. He was so nice and explained everything once he got there. He patched up several nail holes as well as fixed patch work that a different company did. The paint looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!! Thanks Jose and Improovy!!

This company is outstanding. Cole put together a detailed scope of work off of dimensions and pictures from a real estate website. The owner met w me on a weekend so I could get comfortable putting up a sizable down payment. We had a phone call meeting to hand off the project to Mike. We closed on the house on a Monday and the paint crews showed up Wednesday as scheduled. Jose and his team were awesome!! The first two days I was asking them to bounce around so we could set up furniture and unpack boxes. We are extremely pleased.

My experience with Improovy Painters was beyond 5 stars. From the quick response to my request for an estimate, the very fair pricing, the follow up with an introduction to my crew once I pulled the trigger, the availability of project managers to answer my questions and consult with me on my project, the documentation/contract detailing what to expect and how to best prepare for the project, the follow up once the job was completed including a reminder of the warranty should I notice any issues with the paint job. I have to call out, in particular, Eric who did the actual power-washing and painting of my house. He was so professional and pleasant and did a beautiful job. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up when he was done to perfection. I highly recommend these guys. For context, I had the front of my brick house painted.
