We had two long overdue (circa 1991) bathroom renovations and were overwhelmed by the whole process of getting started. Robert was recommended to us by a close friend and we couldn't have been more pleased with him from start to finish. He sent us a quote within a couple of days of coming out to see our spaces and once we met with out designer and chose the materials, he promptly got us on his schedule. He was punctual each morning and had the renovation process down to a science. It was fun to see the progress day to day! Robert was attentive, listened to our wants and concerns, worked one on one with our designer, completed the projects within the timeframe he quoted, and in the end, did not leave one detail ignored. We are thrilled with Robert's high level of craftsmanship of our two bathrooms and would recommend him to anyone in need of a contractor for their home renovations.

No walls and ceilings were parallel, but their craftsmanship is fantastic to make all of the complicated work done look effortless. We really appreciate that they never took a shortcut, fixed all of the bones and strategically handled any unexpected problems with ease. Their attention to detail really impressed us and every time we walked into the kitchen, there was always some new transformation that amazed us. Robert listened to our vision and executed our dream kitchen with excellent communication skills, and his exceptional understanding of design and function really helped us make many important decisions down the road, not to mention the invaluable references he provided to us. He didn't leave until we purchased third faucet. Despite being Saturday afternoon, he didn't leave until he installed the faucet with no extra charge. I couldn't expect more.
