I can now speak to the "I'd hire them again" aspect. Illinois Remodel a few years back did a fantastic job remodeling our main bathroom and updated our kitchen. Well recently the upstairs neighbors allowed their tub to overflow and caused damage to our bathroom. I called Illinois Remodel to take a look. Even in just a few years the exact flooring for the platform under the tub was not available. So IL Remodel recreated exactly what we needed. Just as the work started it was noticed and almost literally caught the kitchen cabinets falling off the wall. I was contacted immediately and they took on the job of clearing the cabinets. When building was built they short cut putting drywall up. IL Remodel fixed that issue and rebuilt the cabinets. I was kept up to date throughout the bathroom and kitchen remodel and repairs. They were there on time every day and repairs were done in a professional, timely fashion. Everything turned out amazing!

Illinois Remodel did an excellent job in the renovations of our three bathrooms. Kiril and Szofia communicated very well during the whole process and help us with all the small details. Kiril was available to pick up items I bought online and helped us with other small things we were working on the house during our move that were not part of the contract. We trusted them with the code to our house and they took great care of protecting the walkways and stairs to avoid damage. The quality and finishes look great. We are more than happy with the results and it comes with a 5 year warranty which is also a peace of mind that we are covered in case of repairs are needed. We will hire them again and have recommended them to our friends and family.

We appreciated the level of communication as the team kept us involved in every decision from minor design related to major plumbing and electrical placement. It felt like a truly custom experience as we had the opportunity to choose every detail and finish. Kiril and team worked with our township for permit approval and were cognizant of the impending inspections from beginning to end of the project. One unique factor to our experience with Illinois Remodel that we have not had with any past contractors is that we really trusted every single subcontractor and team member we interacted with. Everyone was very communicative, honest, and hard working. We are already thinking about our next project with Illinois Remodel.

We hired Illinois Remodel to update a lower level bedroom that had paneling. Once the paneling and ceiling was removed we found water and electrical problems hidden behind it. My small project grew but my time frame remained the same due to guests coming to stay with me. This company did what was needed to complete a much bigger job within the original time frame. They worked long hours and on weekends. We so appreciated all their efforts. Kiril responds to phone calls quickly and then follows through with the necessary action. Great customer service, beautiful work and so considerate. I am hiring them again for a bigger project in January 2024. Thank you Kiril!

The work completed by llinois Remodel, Kiril and crew, is perfection! The work is exceptional and the cost is very reasonable. Kiril was transparent on all work and costs. We have several major projects we need to complete but we were using our powder room as a test for whoever we contracted to do more. We liked that Kiril obtained village permits so that we knew we are getting code approved work. We had ideas about what we wanted, he confirmed when we were on the right track and guided us if we needed to adjust something to achieve our goal. We never felt pressured to do it "his way," we always felt that we were making the decision with Kiril's expertise to do it the "right way." He takes pride in his work to deliver quality and a long lasting product...exactly what we wanted. This project involved tearing down to studs, new exhaust duct work, replacing drywall, all new bathroom sink, toilet, mirror, and fixtures, new floor tile, and painting, Based on what we witnessed, we scheduled our next project mid-way through the powder room effort knowing we will get the same excellent quality. All of our friends and family are so impressed with our new powder room, they are looking forward to seeing our next project completed too. We can honestly say, that we want to do all of our projects with Kiril, we trust his work. We have only positive comments for Kiril and offer our strongest recommendation for his exceptional work.
