Ian and his team, especially Oksana, who was assigned our new house build, are outstanding. I had many questions throughout the process, and Oksana was extremely prompt to answer all of my questions and clarify, at a level to a person not experienced with building plans. My husband, who works in construction, attended the first meeting with me, but after that Oksana made me feel more than comfortable to plan with her on my own. They will also work around your schedule if you need to meet or talk to them. I highly recommend them!

You can not do better. The quality and value that IJM Architects provides is amazing. Excellent architecture team. I worked with David, and he designed our dream house. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly responded to all of my questions and incorporated all my ideas into the home's design. The finished product is architecturally charming and beautiful. I could not be happier. The plans are top notch and extremely detailed. Do not hesitate to use this team. I read the negative review by DD. This review intentionally disputes that persons claims point by point with actual experience. I don't think that was written by a person with actual customer experience from IJM. That has been the opposite of my experience.
