Outstanding service and beautiful results! We had a great experience with Ideal Siding Chicago. Tim was fantastic to work with—always responsive, clear in his communication, and kept us informed every step of the way. Ivan and the crew were also great: courteous, respectful of our property, and detail-oriented.
Throughout the project, if we, Tim, or Ivan noticed areas that needed a little extra attention, the crew was quick to address them and made sure everything met—and often exceeded—our expectations before the final sign-off.
The pricing for the siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters with leaf filter was right on target, and the quality of the work exceeded what we hoped for. Our new James Hardie siding and trim looks amazing, and will provide additional protection, as well as providing a nice facelift to our home. AND it’s such a relief knowing we no longer have to worry about rotting wood panels and ineffective gutters anymore.
We are very happy with the results and would recommend Ideal Siding Chicago to anyone considering new siding and gutters.

I am not one to give reviews as I am not big on having my name out on the Internet. But the experience that I had with Tim and Ideal Siding, I will make an exception. We wanted to replace the old siding with Hardie board as well as the gutters. The pricing to start was competitive and response faster compared to the two other proposals I received. I chose ideal, not only because of the pricing, but also the level of service received through the whole proposal process with Tim. As with most projects, there is always hiccups. Tim was able to quickly address the unforeseen challenges and give me options to be able to quickly rectify and still complete the project in the timeframe I needed. The crew doing the job was professional, cleaned up daily, and overall did an amazing job transforming the building from what it looked like before till now. I am a happy customer and highly recommend Tim and Ideal Siding for any siding and gutter needs. You won’t be disappointed.

The email also stated who would be coming to my home to inspect the job which made me feel more comfortable. Tim showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Recent strong winds blew down a large branch on the north side of my house. The branch evidently hit the siding just right and knocked off a single large panel. (The house and siding are 102 years old, still, except for this mishap, in great condition.)
I found the Ideal Siding reviews so positive and the website so appealing that I contacted them to see about a repair. I was not disappointed - to the contrary. My experience with them, particularly with one of the owners, Tim Michaels, was exceptional. Although doing such small jobs is not what they're set up to do, they were more than accommodating and repaired the damage so that it looks like new-and ready for the next 102 years. A+ to them and to Tim.
