They were able to get the work done in a few hours in a very professional manner. We have used Heinhold Homes on a couple of different projects because we can trust them to do top quality work at a reasonable price.

Working with Heinold was such a great experience!! Our bathroom remodel was a small job compared to the beautiful homes they build, but we never felt less valued because of the size of our project! Every detail was squared away perfectly throughout the project. The schedule timeline was laid out in depth for us and it was adhered to by our project team! We adore our new bathroom and we are so grateful to Heinold! We will definitely use them again in the future!!

Heinold Homes remodeled our basement in Aug-Sept 2020. They came highly recommended and did an amazing job. Our basement exceeded our expectations. They were professional, on time with completion (TO THE DAY!), responsive to any and all questions and most of all so fun to work with. We enjoyed having them in our home creating a new space for our family. Thank you to the entire Heinold team for all you do! Update: We had Heinold remodel our primary bath in the fall of 2022. Again, Zach and the team were a dream to work with and we now have an incredible bathroom! Update: In July/August 2025 we had Heinold remodel our gas fireplace wall, fixing our drafty fireplace and creating a correctly sealed, gorgeous space for us! Our project manager, Bryce was wonderful to work with. Thank you!

My husband and I highly recommend Heinold Homes and Renovations! What a phenomenal group, so highly skilled and professional, true experts in the field. Everyone we worked with was beyond awesome, starting with Zack, working with JD, Vickie, Brianna, Nic, Sean, Curtis, Charlie (I think) and all the others whose names escape me! Their expertise goes without saying, they were all organized, with excellent communication. All were courteous, friendly, respectful and who took pride in their work and who they represented. All worried about inconveniencing us throughout the construction and everyone would clean up any mess at the end of the day. I must say, one of the most important things with working with the Heinold team was they truly listened to us. They listened to what we wanted and what our vision was for our home. They were supportive and worked hard to make our vision come true. In addition, Heinold's also paid attention to the "little things," and this added to the overall experience. For example, Heinold's have an Interior Designer and a Cabinet designer as part of their team! Brianna was the Kitchen Cabinet Designer, and she put together and designed my dream kitchen. Vicky, the Interior Designer, was instrumental with the overall design, assisted in picking out colors, tile, flooring and was instrumental in pulling everything together. Another "little thing" provided was the cleaning service provided at the end of the project and the delightful Thank You gift, with products from local businesses in the area. All of this added to a fabulous experience and to the outcome of our dreams. We are so pleased with the outcome, with the entire team and the entire experience. Constructiion is not for "the faint of heart" but Heinold made the whole experience tolerable and really "not so bad." We do have plans to continue to update our home and will be contacting Heinold Homes and Remodeling for Phase 2!

We did a full house interior renovation They did a spectacular job taking our 70s home and turning it into our dream house! A couple of highlights for us included: 1. fast communication. 2. use of 3D program that enabled us to see what different flooring/cabinets/hardware looked like in our space. 3. a knowledgable design team that brought our vision to life. 4. were able to change and add to the renovation along the way.

Heinold did an amazing job at transforming our Kitchen and Master Bath. We really didn't expect much without taking down a wall, but our kitchen space has become 100% more useful than before and looks beautiful. Our master bath is equally jaw dropping and we are enjoying the added amenities. The price was completely fair for the quality of work we received and much less than we anticipated and Bryce worked within our budget. Give them a shot!

“Matt, PM for Heinold, was fantastic to work with on our project.”

Matt, PM for Heinold, was fantastic to work with on our project. We added on a full living quarters, kitchen, bed, bath, 4 season room, of over 1000 SF. The quality of the work by Heinold was outstanding. Like anything, quality does cost a little bit more but I believe the pricing was fair. The addition had high quality workmanship through out with allowances that covered many different options to choose from in finishes and fixtures. I never saw any corners cut and if I had questions or changes, Matt and his team were very responsive in resolving them quickly. Although there are a few small outstanding items to address, I highly recommend them for building and construction and would certainly use them in the future. I do have a garage project coming up.

We have used Heinold Homes for several home projects over the years. We recently decided to re-do our deck with composite. Zach was very honest about the condition of our old deck and that it really all needed to be replaced. Scott, Zach, Keith, Charlie, Patrick and Tony were all professional, courteous, honest, and friendly. The carpenters were very detail oriented. Communication was excellent and we were informed as to the job status. The project was completed on time as quoted. We are very happy with our new deck and would highly recommend Heinold Homes!
