“Sean was a delight to work with.”

Sean was a delight to work with. He came out and gave us an estimate for a bow window. He explained that there was a list of projects and gave us a timeline. When we got close to that, he came back out and redid our estimate (it went done due to material cost). Day of installation went seamlessly. Guys were there on time, were very professional. Sean was on site to make sure things were well. The crew made sure everything was perfect. They cleaned up everything inside and out before they left. I love the new window. So do my neighbors, we’ve gotten so many compliments on it already. Thanks to Hanlon Construction.

We replaced our first floor windows; Living room, family room, bedrooms, bathroom. Kevin worked with us to choose the window replacements that not only allowed us to keep the window treatments we had recently installed, but window styles that exposed a larger view within our same framework. The product is quality and beautiful. The installers, Greg and Paul, are meticulous, precise and expertly skilled. They are professional in service and execution. In addition, they are respectful of your home, leaving both the interior and exterior spotlessly clean. We engaged Hanlon’s at the recommendation of 3 different family members who were very pleased with their experience. We have already recommended Hanlon’s to our friends. Excellent product, excellent service, competitive fair pricing.

“A couple of months ago I was standing in a McDonald’s about to order breakfast.”

A couple of months ago I was standing in a McDonald’s about to order breakfast. I turned around and I noticed a man wearing a shirt with a logo saying “Hanlon’s Windows“. It caught my attention because nearly 20 years earlier. I had brand new windows from that company installed in my home in Tinley Park. Unfortunately a number of years later the seals went bad on about six or seven of those. I just figured I was out of luck. I was shopping pricing to try to replace the windows when the man standing behind me in the McDonald’s asked me a few questions. That I am still under warranty. I was forever, confused Considering I bought those nearly 20 years earlier. He assured me that they were under warranty, he gave me the name of an installer who would come out and measure my windows and so help me God within a week. The man was at my house measuring ordering, and as of recently eight weeks later, they just been installed. I can actually see out my windows again for the first time in 10 years. And it was all at no charge from the company only the installer who was extremely reasonable financially. The name of the man at Hanlon’s Windows is Kevin Hoffmeister. This man could’ve blown off our conversation and never even suggested that they were under warranty so you have to realize how shocked I was that not only did he deliver on his word put in the process absolutely wowed a customer. Think about that 20 years later, standing in a McDonald’s and this gentleman from Hanlon’s Windows was a godsend. What a fantastic company who absolutely stands behind their product and their word. When I told a bunch of my friends, nobody actually believed it that they would honor that long of a warranty, which is Lifetime by the way. In a world that’s so filled with greed and so often businesses don’t keep their word they promise one thing and do another. I can assure you that Hanlon’s Windows absolutely keeps their word and they are worth shopping at and purchasing from. Keep up the fantastic work.

“Great company! I met Sean Grant at my home and right away with his expertise pointed out the damage...”

Great company! I met Sean Grant at my home and right away with his expertise pointed out the damage that has occurred to my house. Sean has plenty of knowledge on the steps needed for the job. Sean always thinks of the customer first. Great communication with me and others within the company. Jim Sparks also did an awesome job scheduling the crews and keeping the clients in the loop of things. Sean grant always stopped by and make sure the remodeling is going well and notified me with any issues. Hanlons had two roof jobs on my same street and even though the supplies came at 3pm they still executed both homes in one day with 1 crew. Highly recommended this company. Sean Grant and Jim Sparks are great guys to work with and will always put the clients first! Will most likely hire again for future projects!
