From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience working with the Guided Design team. Austin and Krista came to our home to talk through our vision for a built-in China cabinet and molding work in our dining room, took measurements, and then executed design plans that were exactly what we envisioned. They also worked with us to tweak the design to make sure we stayed as close to our budget as possible. We then had the pleasure of working with Francois who did the carpentry work for the built-in and moldings - he really made the design come to life! Plus, he was an absolute joy to work with and shared such fun stories as I baked in the kitchen on my day off. To top it all off, Marcin (partner at MW Painting) came in at the end to add his magic touch with wall and molding painting. His work was absolutely meticulous (we have very old baseboard molding, and he genuinely made it look brand new!), he kept the space so clean, and he was so quiet in his work we forgot he was there! To top it all off, everyone was wonderfully professional. It was so clear along the way how much pride this team takes in their work. We will definitely be reaching out again for future projects in our own home and will spread the word to any friends or family in need of design and contracting work!

Oh my goodness. Austin and his team added a whole floor to my house! My completely unfinished attic is now a gorgeous addition with fun design elements. We have a built-in slide converted from the old roof still house within the attic. The climbing rope on the slide leads to a cargo net reading perch stretched across carpet wrapped rafters. Guided Design also made a shelf at the far end for board games. They even incorporated a cube shelf into the railing around the powered attic ladder they installed. Our attic has become the centerpiece for our kids' hangouts. We already love it so much, and it will only become better as the fertile ground of our imaginations. Guided Designs framed the floor and walls of the attic, modified the structural elements to increase usable floor space. They coordinated insulation, electrical work, ventilation, and dry wall. They built a set of shelves. I paid separately for carpet, powered ladder and paint. The GD team helped with installation of the powered ladder. The team is professional, courteous, and hard working. They were so fun to get to know as well. What a great group!

I had a fantastic experience with my kitchen remodel. It needed a lot of work and Austin and team delivered and exceeded expectations both for the cabinetry but also helped manage the overall project. The project was pretty much a gut rehab of my 100 year old kitchen and it was a huge success. I got great advice on the design and materials and they gave me great referrals for painting, electrical, tile work, and flooring. They made a huge project run smoothly with the least disruption possible. His team: Krista, Pawel, and Chris were all super talented and professional. I really liked how they didn't nickle and dime me and actually passed on savings when some work came in below estimate. I really appreciated the good value they gave. I highly recommend and I plan to use them for my bath renovation.
