“Our Union hall needed to be remodeled in our kitchen and washrooms.”

Our Union hall needed to be remodeled in our kitchen and washrooms. We called several contractors for estimates. Grandview was the lowest. From the beginning, Jeremy walked us through the process and worked within our schedule. He let us have samples of floor tiles and cabinets for our board members to choose from. For the marble counter (both washroom sinks, and kitchen) Jeremy took me to the warehouse where I was able to choose which one I preferred. Even when things did not go smoothly (when taking down the old tile in one of the washrooms they found there was no wall behind it, just 2X4s placed behind the tile, and backward plumbing) they made it still go smoothly, explaining what needed to be done to support the wall and to fix the pipes. When they finished, not only were we under budget, everything looks and works great and our members like the new look. All in all, it was a great choice we made choosing Grandview.

Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we couldn’t be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who’s looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house.
