We are so happy that we chose to go with Glenview Haus to order our new french doors. While we encountered a few hiccups throughout the installation process, which is par for the course with construction projects, it was the company's response that was impressive. Their Product Specialist, Harrison K, was our go-to guy throughout the whole process. From the start, he offered competitive prices, talked us through everything, and consistently responded to our questions very quickly. He even went above and beyond by advising us on some door-related purchases that were beyond the scope of what the company offered. When we did have those hiccups with the installation, Harrison was available to troubleshoot in the moment over the phone, and he helped make it so that we were very happy with our end result. This guy might be the hardest working person in the door business, and he is the main reason we're giving a 5-star review. It is so nice to work with someone on a home improvement project and not feeling like you're being grifted or brushed aside the whole time. Not to mention, our doors look beautiful. They are high-quality, and they add so much polish to our home. Highly recommended!

“I just had a great experience with service on my front door to my newly built home.”

I just had a great experience with service on my front door to my newly built home. I was always pleased with the look and feel of the front door but we did have have a small issue after installation that we noticed after moving into our home. The deadbolt was misaligned by the builder and the door was difficult to lock unless you pushed/pulled the door. I contacted Glenview Haus/Doors for Builders and they agreed to have someone come and take a look at the issue which again was created by the builder. Mariusz arrived and immediately knew how to fix it properly. He worked very neat and clean and now we have a fully functioning door that was previously quite frustrating to deal with since my home is a new build. This proves the value of having qualified and skilled craftsman work and resolve issues with which they have experience. Thank you to the local team in the Chicago area!

We worked with Glenview Haus to purchase and install a new 10 foot, double door system for the front of our home. We also needed a transom (the window above the door) and three side lights with interior wood trim. The entire sales staff and the installation team were very responsive, especially the salesman Charles. It was a retrofit to an older home, so it was critical to get all the measurements right and the installation done properly. Our old door was drafty and hard to shut/open, basically impossible for our kids to operate. They communicated a ton, made sure everything was right and when the door was installed we couldn’t have been happier. Bring on the cold Chicago winters, we are ready! Thank you Glenview Haus & Charles!

I had been searching for the perfect front door for years. When I came across Glenview Haus I found THE ONE. John Lee was incredibly helpful making sure I got the door I needed, making some modifications to what I wanted compared to what they had to get the perfect door for my house. He was responsive to questions and adjustments as we came up with drawings making sure all details were in place. The door is now installed and I am extremely pleased with everything about it!

Had a custom interior door made leading into the basement of our old house (1860s) and they did a great job crafting it to my exact specifications (odd size like everything else in an old house). Great communication throughout, speedy production, an easy (free) warehouse pickup. Would definitely buy from them again!

I bought a new front door from Glenview Haus in May of 2020. The door was custom made and arrived / installed in October 2020. First off, the door is awesome. It looks so good. We get complements all the time. The doors from Glenview Haus are heavy high quality doors. I would absolutely buy another door from Glenview Haus. In fact, I'm looking to replace our bedroom / closet doors and will be reaching out to upgrade. Five stars for sure!

I purchased an exterior (front) door at Glenview Haus a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The showroom was easy to navigate and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was a one-stop shop given I was able to purchase high quality hardware with them as well and received solid advice on my best value. Nicole was very responsive to follow-up calls from myself and contractor. Beautiful product and great service!
