Bob painted the inside of my house, so when I bought a vacation property that hadn’t been touched in over 30 years, one of my first calls went out to Bob for painting. Bob & his team did a great job painting the entire interior including a wall of cabinets in the primary bathroom that went from ugh to nice! Bob also has a great color sense. I usually get a dozen color chips and get it down to two, then I ask Bob which of the two colors he prefers and he looks at them for like 10 secs and says “That one” which is ALWAYS the one I was leaning to but not quite sure.

Bob was faced with a garage from the 70's that never had the ceiling painted and deteriorating drywall tape . He spent a great deal of time correcting all the drywall issues, then priming and painting. Even though it was a garage, he made sure everything was done correctly. It was an amazing transformation.

My home in Northbrook underwent one of the most detailed Rehabs in Northbrook in 2018. When it was time for my family to move out of state this summer, I wanted to make sure every cosmetic detail of the house was refreshed prior to putting it on the market. Our kitchen had amazing white cabinets that I wanted to get to cleaned and painted for the next owner. Robert came in at the best price and the best work while breathing life back into our kitchen. Good human being that takes ownership while being the owner. Highly recommend for any kitchen cabinet refresh or even painting your home.

Robert @ Fresh Coat Painters was recommended by my local professional paint store as someone who “can do it all” and he can. He turned my nothing hallway into a jewel box by installing a high-end wallpaper w/an unusual repeat pattern- taking the time/care to make sure pattern aligned, replacing beat up baseboards, painting all the trim, doors, etc., and installing new fixture into existing light outlet. Robert does nice work and is very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Fresh Coat - Highly Recommend!! 1) Quotes process was professional, thorough, and easy. Bob did precise measurements and itemized the quote. Quotes sent electronically for review and records. Easy to schedule on the phone with Gail and pay electronically. 2) The team did a thorough job painting and repairing our walls, looking out for imperfections before I said anything. They also did a great job doing all the touch ups I asked for. Our house looks beautiful!!
