Miguel and his team were detailed, informative, and worked literally the entire time without taking a break so we would have working heat in negative degree weather. Our 20 year old Furnace was shaking and making noise. Despite the subzero busy time they came by in 2 hours. I expected the usual hard sale but Instead of trying to sell me a new Furnace he quickly found the issue, ordered the blower drum part and they came back the same day! They also offered me a senior discount to boot. Unreal! Way beyond my expectations!!! They have made me a believer again in honesty and professionalism.

Our furnace died in the middle of the night in winter. That morning we called six different companies for emergency estimates on a full system replacement. Four Seasons was there in about an hour, while the others couldn't get there till the afternoon or the next day. Four Seasons had the best price and warranty of all the estimates we received. From start to end everything was perfect. The estimator was knowledgeable, straightforward, and personable. The installation team was excellent. There were no issues whatsoever. A true five-star performance in our time of need!

Our furnace stopped working at peak of the current cold spell. I had called one of 4 Seasons competitors (they use the alphabet in their name) Their AI chat said they would send someone right out but never returned my call.
Four Season was able to schedule a technician to come out and review my problem. The technician was able to solve the problem and order the parts needed. He was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. I highly recommend 4 Seasons.

I gave 3 stars because of the price fishing, im old school, I do most of my own maintenance and repairs on mostly everything. If it can be YouTubed, or read in a manual I can do the work or try.
I've used the company before to install a brand new AC unit, in which was priced at 7k
I had to deploy overseas so I didnt have time to shop around as I was getting the home ready for rental.
I called to have my heating looked at for the same home in Illinois. The furnace is about 5 years old, fairly brand new. I was quoted $2700 for a sensor and motor that included parts and labor. Absolutely not, when I hesitated I was given a discount option to take it down to $1800. I just didnt see that price clearly for a unit that was well kept and 5 years or less old.
When I decided to decline the service as a whole, the maintenance rep said "well I can reset it for you with a charge of $214". Which I agreeded on that, although I wonder why it didnt include a filter change but imthe work was needed for my tenants.
I did not research the difficulty of a reset but im sure its not that complicated I could be wrong, but my thought is, why not say that at first? Which it actually worked. In Chicago's Neg 5 degree weather my tenants said it worked very well.
I know companies gotta make their money, but honesty to have a simple solution goes a long way rather than trying to get more money from customers.
I will be getting a second opinion, just to make sure and validate what was said about the motor and sensor. I shouldn't have too but when you got that feeling, its best to double check.
Update: I appreciate the companies concern and reaching out. Lauren a customer service Rep was amazing in looking for a better solution for future services with the company and how they could better serve my needs.

I’m very thankful someone was able to come out to my home the next morning to install a new furnace. Jermaine came out he was very courteous. I felt so bad because it was extremely cold in my home but he worked very hard throughout the whole 8 hours. He also walked me through setting up the nest thermostat .He was a blessing in more ways than one. I’m back warm and comfortable in my home.

We had a great experience. They came out to my house and diagnosed that we needed a new furnace because the heat exchange had a big crack in it. They did the work at my house on the absolute coldest day of the year and I am not more grateful that they got the job done in a timely manner of tearing out my water heater and tearing my whole furnace out to install the new furnace. Dominic is a great asset to this company. He was very concerned for my autistic son and worked very hard to get the heat restored four seasons is very professional company would definitely not have wanted to have any other company here to do the work. My furnace is running great and I couldn’t be more satisfied thank you so much Dominic-and your apprentice. Thank you so much.

On the coldest day so far this year, our heater decides to go out! We were recommended to use four seasons heating and air, and they did not disappoint! Francisco and his team worked diligently from 8 to 5 to replace our heater and discarded the old one. They were so professional, Cleaned up after themselves and closed out explaining everything and didn’t leave a speck of dirt anywhere. Highly recommend.!!

Someone came out the day I called for an estimate and installed a humidifier the next day. Dave and Charles were both very professional and knowledgeable. Our old home is much more comfortable during this arctic weather. No more room humidifiers and pots of water on the stove.
