The owner of Flaherty, Brian, is a pretty incredible guy. My home was built over 25 years ago and I needed some structural information to modify some walls in the house. After calling his office, Brian called me back within an hour and knew exactly which house was mine and the model of the house he built. I was impressed because this was so long ago (27-28 years ago). Brian ended up stopping by my house that evening to check out the work I was performing and gave me the information I needed. This saved me a ton of time and money that I would have had to spend hiring a structural engineer. Super friendly guy and was eager to help in any way he could. My in-laws were also super impressed with the townhomes Flaherty is building near Hickory Creek School. When the time comes for us to build, we are definitely going to reach back out to Brian.

Flaherty recognizes that for many customers, it is the first time they ever decide to build a home. Because of this, Brian and his team always made us feel like we were a top priority any time we needed them or had questions about our build along the way. We had a great experience working with Brian Flaherty and his team, they are a well-oiled machine! We first talked with Paulina who showed us the models they offer, and how each could be tweaked to our liking. She has every lot and house configuration stored in her head! Then we met with Brian, who explained the process of how they build your home. He listens to what you are specifically looking for in a home and with his knowledge of what has worked and what doesn’t, he put our floor plan together. Then last, but not least, Lara, our design specialist, who answered every question and helped with every indecision we had in choosing cabinetry, handles, mirrors, lighting, colors, and so much more. Any issues or concerns we had after moving in were quickly attended to. It is such a wonderful feeling driving into the Jacob’s Field subdivision and pulling up to the beautiful home we built with the help of Flaherty Builders. Thanks, all!
