They arrive to do the work exactly at the day and time that they agree to and they finish the project on the date that they agree to!!! We've never worked with another company that does this. Also, they communicate almost daily about what they are doing and answer any questions immediately. Great company!!!!

The transition to ETI was seamless, they helped me get the final adjusted value needed for my claim, allowed me to easily pay for and add on additional work/upgrades, and had great/clear communication along the way. I am a general contractor for a living, but don't have time to manage this condo property, so I was very pleased with their service and quality of work. Highly recommend!

ETI Construction renovated our bathroom (the only one in our home, thus a particularly important job for us), and did an outstanding job. The experience was 100% positive from start to finish, and I highly recommend this company. The office team was extremely responsive, organized, and communicative. They gave us a very clear timeline (which they actually finished ahead of schedule), and were totally transparent about all associated costs. The workers themselves were professional, timely, courteous, and friendly. The quality of the work is extremely high, and we will enjoy our bathroom for years to come. As I said, I highly recommend this company, and will absolutely use them again for future home improvement projects! In the world of home improvement, it can be truly difficult to know who is trustworthy, who will do a good job, etc. I'm so pleased to have chosen ETI Construction, which exceeded all of our expectations!

Ivan and his team were recommended byJacquie in our building's management office. My condo was very dated and it needed brightening, basically everything. Ivan and his team helped me with my plans, letting me know what would be possible and what wouldn't be and offering alternatives and there's nothing I'm disappointed with. Ivan always made sure that all the punch list items were done and that I was happy, down to knocking out a piece of another wall at the end to make sure my refrigerator door opened without issues of hitting the wall. He will finish the job and he will do it well. The attention to detail, especially on the canned lights in the living room that was his suggestion, was amazing. I couldn't be happier with my new space. P.S. I just saw the other reviews and how bizarre we are all Shapiros and "no" we are not at all related.
