We had a fire that required a total rebuild (everything inside--past the studs and all the way to the bricks had to go). We had the great good fortune to be connected with Elmshire by our architect. The Elmshire team was super in every way--highly skilled in every respect (electrical, paint, carpentry, plumbing, etc., etc.). And we also benefited from the excellent overall supervision and direction by Rob W, the head man from Elmshire on our project. It's now been 9 years since the fire. We worked with Elmshire Builders on a gut rehab project in 2021/22. We had done smaller projects on our own before, but never one of this scale. This was also during Covid, so we had it all: pricing volatility, people falling sick, shortages of sub contractors - but we worked through it all. They were not only fantastic, knowledgeable (and well organized) craftsman regarding most building tasks, but great to collaborate with along a winding and often surprising journey. I highly doubt anyone would regret choosing them on any building project!
