I am so thankful I found Direct Remodeling! Scott and his team are the most professional, talented, and passionate people in this business I have ever met. Our situation was complicated because my father got sick and became permanently disabled. We had to find a company who could transform the tub/shower area in a brand new condo my mother bought to accommodate my father when he was discharged from the skilled nursing facility. We had a tight and ambiguous timeframe, not to mention it was during the holidays. We needed an accessible and safe shower for my dad that a caretaker could easily use to help him bathe comfortably. It seemed like an impossible task. After searching and searching, I reached out to Scott, and he promptly replied. He came to see our place, and we instantly knew Scott was THE MAN. The options he gave were not only accessible and functional, but also beautiful and creative. He gave us not only a fair price, but peace of mind that he could take care of us in our time of crisis. We were not expecting such a personal level of care, empathy, and genuine concern. He treated us like his own family from day one until the completion. Scott walked us through the process and gave his design insight and recommendations, which we took gladly. His experience and expertise led to the most beautiful result that exceeded our expectations of what an accessible shower could look like. His installers Dan & his son were extremely talented and remarkably clean. They finished a day ahead of schedule and left the new condo as they first arrived in terms of cleanliness and condition. They even worked on New Year’s Day to make sure it would be ready when my dad was discharged. Scott also took care of other items that needed attention in the new condo, including lighting, medicine cabinet, new kitchen faucet and ceiling painting, and more. Every request we had he took care of. He was onsite every day and is in constant communication. During such a stressful time where we had to make sure my dad was being cared for and pack up the old house, we could count on Scott that he was taking care of the new condo like his own. We did not have to stress one bit about this project, which to us was absolutely priceless. We now have the most meticulously perfect shower for my parents, and the entire home is ready for move-in, thanks to Direct Remodeling. I look forward to future projects with Scott, and I recommend them a million percent. Scott changed our lives and we’re honored to call him a friend of our family now. Absolutely loved the work that these gentlemen did. They were very clean and made sure that the area was just as clean as when they started. I couldn’t be happier with the onyx in my bathrooms. It looks very elegant and there were many colors to choose from. With smaller bathrooms we chose to go with a lighter color and Scott, the owner couldn’t have agreed more with our decision. “Our kid’s bathroom needed a major overhaul.”

Our kid’s bathroom needed a major overhaul. The builder did not properly install the bathtub and surround, and we knew it was just a matter of time before the bathtub cracked and flooded our basement. We had several estimates to replace the tub with a walk-in shower that would better accommodate our growing boys. We did some research and compared products and the Onyx shower wall system that Direct Remodeling quoted us was far superior to the other products we considered, including the product sold by the company I work for. We could not be more pleased with the final product and the team at Direct Remodeling were so meticulous in their work. They went above and beyond to contain any construction mess and explained the process at every step. They were a delight to work with, and I will gladly provide a reference for them as their work is exemplary. We will hire them again for any additional renovations.

Scott came highly recommended from a friend and he didn’t let me down, the guy is a class act. I needed a small job done and was admittedly particular about what work at hand. Scott was able to take my photos, talk to me about the project and give me a feel for what was needed as well as a cost. Scott was kind enough to get the exact material that was needed and has a particular and tasteful eye for detail and even had his contractor apply both products at the time of work to make SURE that it was what I wanted.
