Our experience with Deckedout far exceeded our expectations. The deck looks amazing and the project was completed on time and right at budget. Kristen was patient when I made several design changes and worked with me until we found the perfect design for our deck. I would also recommend having the virtual design done! Tony showed up on time everyday and was meticulous, organized and communicated every detail or action. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about the quality of the work and coordination with Kristen and Tony. Our approval from the HOA was complicated. Kristen met me at a vendor to assist in materials selection that was necessary for our HOA. She promptly responded to every inquiry. Once approved after three months, Tony was out the next week and finished the work in two days. Next, we are working with Tony and Kristen on a 3 season room! Look forward to the next project.

Owners, Tony and Kristen, were great to work with. They were communicative throughout the whole process and always responded quickly to all our questions. Our job was a bit complicated because we wanted to tie in the new roof with an existing roof, Tony blended the two roofs seamlessly. They arrived in a timely fashion every day and were very professional. They cleaned up meticulously after themselves and were very organized. They were very helpful in guiding us with all the choices of options and materials(there are so many). I would hire them again without having to think twice. Our deck is absolutely stunning! Also….if you are on the fence about doing lights on the deck, do it, they are worth every penny.

“I don’t even know where to begin… Tony came out originally to measure before we had a pool put in.”

I don’t even know where to begin… Tony came out originally to measure before we had a pool put in. We didn’t know what design we wanted, how it would work with permits, and even how big our pool was going to be. Once we had a better idea, he had no problem coming back out and walking us through the rough design. Once the pool went in, we had a couple of weeks, but they ended coming to start even sooner. His framing was so secure, this thing will last until we retire. When we brought up ideas to add on or revise, he and Kristen never shut down our ideas. They worked with us every step of the way. When he got close to the house, he came across our patio door leaking and rotting the wood. Instead of just continuing the job, he explained what was installed incorrectly and what should be done. They were able for us to wait and get the door re-installed correctly before continuing. So grateful he brought that to our attention. The products are great quality and their communication is impeccable. The crew is as good as their playlists! They show up on time, clean everything up, and walk through to make sure it’s up to your standard. Highly recommend Decked Out!

Tony and Kristen are AMAZING! We had a “not so traditional” plan for our deck. Tony was able take our ideas and develop the perfect solution that has exceeded our expectations. He provided a full list of options from the ground up to the metal roofing, lights, and gutters. The approved plans were then handed over to Kristen where she project-managed the job from start to finish. Then, Tony and his crew came and executed the job to perfection in a handful of days. These guys are PROS!
