We had an outstanding experience with Craftwood Windows from start to finish. Kathy was absolutely exceptional—her professionalism, eye for design, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. She was patient, thoughtful, and a true pleasure to work with. John and his installation crew were just as impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, removed our old windows, installed the new ones with precision, and left our home spotless. John even took the time to give us a clear tutorial on how to open, close, and tilt the windows for easy cleaning and use. Immediately after the installation, my wife and I could feel the difference in our home. The new windows significantly reduced outside noise and helped maintain indoor comfort by keeping the heat and cold out. The insulation quality is top-notch, and the home feels noticeably more peaceful and energy-efficient. Although the delivery of the windows was 10–12 weeks, it was absolutely worth the wait. I would recommend Craftwood Windows to anyone without hesitation. Quality craftsmanship, expert service, and people who truly care about their work—this company delivers on every level.

The team at Craftwood Doors & Windows Ashland really took care of us. A door handle to one of our Oknoplast patio doors broke and they were able to order the part (under warranty) and identify a repair vendor in a relatively short amount of time. The repair team was professional, friendly and fast. Would highly recommend this team!
