I had to have my window repaired and Tony was very knowledgeable and fast. He picked up my window around 8:30 and by 10:30 /10:45 my window was installed and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this repair service to anyone. Pricing was also great compared to others.

Tony and his team are the greatest. Tony’s a very nice friendly man who knows how to hold a conversation & is very knowledgeable about what he does. Him and his team came on a Saturday last minute to measure my cracked oversized picture window. Then on Tuesday morning they came out and replaced my window in 20-30 mins. Top notch customer service! I will definitely be using them again.

I'd like to share a positive experience I had with Cottage Grove Glass Window Repair. Tony, the contact person (remember that name – he's great!), was incredibly kind and helpful, and the other two gentlemen (P.J. and another gentleman I’m sorry I didn’t remember his name although he had a beautiful smile) were exceptional. My initial phone call with them was brief and efficient, which I appreciated. Tony's conversation was kind and informative. The team was scheduled and they arrived timely and completed the repairs with out any issues. These guys were truly angels. While they were working, a little girl's dog got loose, and she was crying hard and loud. Without hesitation, the men ran after the dog and brought it back to her – it was heartwarming. The team was not only professional, polite, and courteous, they showed compassion. Before they left, they checked their work and ensured everything was repaired and working perfectly. It's rare to find people who are both efficient and kind. I'm so glad I met them. I'll be using them again and will tell everyone I know who needs this kind of service what gems this company is. They turned an unfortunate situation into a smooth outcome.

“My bedroom window broke this past winter.”

My bedroom window broke this past winter. I didn't want to call Feldco because what they called "free" was pricey. I had to pay for the person to come out ($100+) and pay for the labor the the window replacement ($200+) was "free," what a joke (nearly $400) plus it took them about 3 weeks from measurement to installation. I called Cottage Grove Glass Repair and Tony answered. He asked me to send the measurements and he sent me a very reasonable estimate. He arrived timely with his crew of PJ & Ali. They replaced the glass in the window quickly, put it back in, made sure everything worked and were on their way. I had service within 24 hours of my call and a repair within minutes of their arrival. Feldco who?🤣🤣🤣. Thank you Cottage Grove Glass Repair - Tony, Ali and PJ.

I had a vintage dresser with a foggy mirror that meant a lot to me, and I was nervous about trusting anyone to repair it. I’m so glad I found Cottage Grove Glass and Window Repair! The craftsmanship was excellent the replacement mirror fits perfectly and keeps the vintage look intact. What I love most is, Tony the owner handled my mirrors with such great care which meant a lot given its age and sentimental value. Turnaround time was amazeballs, and pricing was fair for the quality of work. Called for service at 12pm, scheduled an appt for 1pm. Tony was on time, took my glass window frame, and stated he'll be back at 430pm with my fixed window frame. He was back by 4pm, great price, and amazing communication! If needed, I'll be calling them for the job!
