We hired COBU to create plans for a second floor single family home remodel. This was our first experience working with an architect, and it could not have gone smoother. From the initial consultation through the document handoff for our permit application, Jay and his team were on top of everything. They had the patience to listen to our ideas, and provided meaningful, cost-saving feedback that went above and beyond our expectations. Most importantly, they are good people.
