Chicago Reno did a fantastic job repairing drywall damage I had. While there's a lot I liked about working with Chicago Reno, I'll highlight their employees, Denzel and Rene, their customer management platform, and their attention to detail. Denzel I worked with on all administrative matters, while Rene helped with the direct repair work. Both were exceptional in terms of prompt communication and actually listening to my requests and asks. Every detail or question I needed addressed was remembered and acted on. I can't emphasize how much easier this made the whole process - thank you both. As far as the repair itself, Rene was prompt, reliable, communicative, and skilled in not just completing the repair, but also taking courteous extra steps like mopping up floors after work was complete. This was very kind and most appreciated. I told him directly, but I'll mention it again here - Rene is an all-star! As far as the customer relations portal, I found this incredibly easy to work with. All requests, quotes, appointments, and invoices are conveniently located in one place. Reminders are sent for appointments once scheduled. PDFs of all billing materials are available. Payment and communication are sent via one easily-remembered email address. I wish it was this easy all the time. Thank you Chicago Reno!

I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Deciding on Chicago Reno was the best decision I could have ever made to renovate my whole basement. We were in need of someone to put back together our finished basement after we had an unexpected and horrible plumbing experience of replacing all the cracked cast iron pipes in the floor of our basement. We needed a complete tear down and renovation. Chicago Reno came in and was absolutely phenomenal; from coming out for the initial quote, to the final second when the project was finished. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben, in the office, who I probably talked to too much (sorry Ben), was very professional, super easy to talk to and always got back to me quickly, if I had to leave a message. Communication was always great. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee, were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns, and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. There was wonderful communication throughout the whole project. I appreciated that very much. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. I was completely ecstatic with the final product of our basement renovation project. The quality and craftmanship put into the project went beyond my expectations With being highly satisfied with the outcome of our basement renovation, since then, we have called upon Chicago-Reno for some other small projects in our house.
