They were very communicative, and helped diagnose what exactly needed to be done in order to properly assess the project and do a great job. We had a wallpaper disaster in the nursery/bedroom and the walls were not in great shape to be painted. Chicago Painters were meticulous in repairing the affected walls and the attention to detail on the paint job was terrific. It was a huge load off our back as we prep for our upcoming newborn. If you're looking for a painting company you can truly trust, I highly recommend this team. We hired Chicago Painters to paint our entire condo, and we are so glad we did! From day one, their communication and professionalism stood out. I could only be on site the first day to meet the two crew members, but they showed up on time, were polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. Like many of us, I couldn’t be there daily to check in, which can be a little nerve-wracking. But when we walked through the condo after completion, we were honestly blown away. It looked like a brand-new home. They handled everything with precision, even the tricky spots like painting around a wall-mounted TV with cords. Clean lines, perfect texture, zero mess—no drips, no overspray, nothing out of place. In addition, they repaired a couple quite large drywall holes that were made to access mechanicals; the wall looks brand new again, perfection! A huge shoutout to Jim & Cheryl for their exceptional communication. They guided us through the paint offerings, how many coats they anticipated (which they were spot on about), logistics, and more. The timeline they originally provided was accurate and on time. The whole process felt easy and stress-free. We’re still so impressed with the results and would strongly recommend Chicago Painters!

I recently hired Chicago Painters to paint my newly purchased condo—ceilings, trim, walls, and even the kitchen cabinets—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, their team was incredibly responsive. They quickly got back to me with a quote for the work, scheduled the work without delay, and got started sooner than I expected. I was in email contact with a few people about the work and spoke on the phone directly with Jim, the owner. Everyone was kind, in the know, straightforward and incredibly helpful. The first day of the job, I met the painters on site to walk through the space and discuss necessary patching and other imperfections in the walls. The painters were professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciated how the company kept me updated on their progress and informed me of any unexpected bumps in the road. The finished work is beautiful, and I’m thrilled with the results. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Chicago Painters. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and even enjoyable—which isn’t something I expected to say about a house painting project! The two painters assigned to our home were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely respectful of our space. Every day, they arrived on time, communicated clearly about the plan for the day, and went above and beyond to make things easier on us. They helped move furniture when needed and carefully worked around our family’s schedule and routines—including navigating around our pets, and even our turtle! One of the most impressive aspects of their work was their attention to cleanliness. Anyone who has had ceilings sanded knows how dusty things can get, but they did a terrific job keeping the dust under control and protecting the surrounding areas. At the end of each workday, they made sure the space was as clean as possible, which made a huge difference in our day-to-day comfort. The final results are beautiful. The walls look fresh and clean, and the quality of the finish shows their skill and attention to detail. We’ve already received compliments from visitors, and we find ourselves smiling every time we walk into the newly painted rooms. We are so grateful for Ricardo, who did a spectacular job painting our living room (with a challenging 16 ft stairway space). Ricardo is detail oriented and provided amazing service. We needed some holes patched on our walls, and like magic, it's like the holes were never even there! He was also courteous to us and to our new space - he put down tarps, was careful with his work area, wore shoe covers, and locked up at the end. When additional coats of paint were needed on top of the estimate, Chicago Painters checked with us first before proceeding. Very professional, and would hire again.
