We recently used Chicago Home Revision to remodel two bathrooms in our home and cannot say enough good things about our experience. John and Michael were responsive, considerate, very communicative, helpful and easy to work with. They made great suggestions when we asked and were careful to listen to all of our questions and concerns along the way. We always knew what was happening and when they were coming (which was very consistent). The person that worked at our home as the lead was Mario and he was fabulous. He made sure everything was as tidy as could be - he even vacuumed everyday after the workers left. He protected all of our furniture and stereo equipment. He's also just a great person to have in your house day after day - funny, kind, considerate....he really made the process much more bearable. We love the finished bathrooms and highly recommend this company if you are searching for a team that is not only reasonably priced but also a pleasure to work with.

We called Chicago Home Revision because they are Kohler specialists. We had a top of the line 1983 Kohler toilet that one day wouldn’t flush. We thought it was a goner and faced an expensive toilet replacement. Ugh. But instead, Danny from CHR saved the day by tracking down replacement parts, consulted with Kohler headquarters, and gave it a new lease on life. He went above and beyond. And at such a fair price. (And a very nice guy as well.) I highly recommend Danny and Chicago Home Revision! 👍 PS…Danny also quickly fixed our leaky shower faucets and replaced some tiles. Multi-talented! 🙌🏻

Highly recommend John and his team at Chicago Home Revision. We have had him out to do a few projects - the largest of which may have been a complete bathroom remodel in a 1930's condo building in Chicago. Anyone doing a bathroom remodel for the first time will likely read all the horror stories online about doing a bathroom...over budget, taking longer than expected, and/or not turning out the way they wanted it to. With John, the planning up front, execution, and follow-up meant we didn't have to deal with any of those issues and over a year later, we still love the bathroom. Chicago Home Revision's work, attention to detail, flexibility and guidance meant that we understood the scope of the project. Maybe more to the point, there weren't unexpected issues, delays, or unwarranted/misunderstood additional costs. John is very communicative, provided clear explanations before, during, and after, and knows what he is doing. Thank you John and team!

After interviewing several kitchen remodellers, I chose John because he struck me as a capable, accommodating and honest contractor. He informed me right away that the kind of remodeling I wanted required a permit from the village. I didn't even think that it was needed but a call to our village proved that he was right. None of the other contractors brought up the subject of permits. Once John and his crew started work on my kitchen, I saw that my original impression of John was correct. He knew his job, planned all stages of the remodel and yet he always consulted me whenever there were design alternatives. I really appreciated how accommodating he was whenever I thought of something I wanted to add or change that wasn't in my original plan. And he didn't charge me for the additional labor. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and I already told John I have other projects for him. I have also told all my friends that if they need remodeling or repairs to their homes, I recommend John. Great job John and crew!
