Charleston B&D handled our bedroom and master bath project. Nicole and her design team were remarkable and helpful in creating our perfect bathroom. They were so good with suggesting ideas on what we were looking for but needed guidance on what would look great. She nailed it. The whole project was guided by Dave Innis of DJI Services and if you are looking for a professional and dedicated contractor, they are it. DJI and all the subcontractors were efficient and reliable. The whole project was completed in half the time that other contractors would have taken. Finally, the whole team at Charleston is fantastic and my wife and I would highly recommend!

What an honor and an absolute privilege it was to work with everyone at Charleston Building. Their entire team is devoted to making sure every single detail of turning your project into a home is taken care of. They truly understood what we envisioned and made it all happen like clock work. A huge thank you to Nicole especially. She is the mastermind behind the scenes, flawlessly coordinating it all. Working late and answering countless emails and questions, working in every single idea I had into the house in the most perfect way. There is nothing she can’t do. Walking into our home upon completion felt like a dream and yet instantly like we had lived there for years. So much time was devoted to taking care of appointments, wallpaper, paint colors, stone, fixtures … but I would do it all again in a heartbeat with them. They handpick specific sub contractors to work with that are all at the top of their craft. I felt comfortable every step of the way and catch myself looking around in awe even now. Cheers to the best builder in the area!!! 10/10 in every single category. I can’t wait to see how our yard turns out!! I truly cannot recommend them enough and cannot thank them enough for giving us our forever home.

My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Charleston Building and Development. Adam and his team were amazing and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the building process. We were never forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. Adam & Nicole also kept me honest to not go for every shinny objects when making selections and I am so glad that I heeded to their advise. There were many occasions where Nicole and Laura (designers on Adam’s team) put in extra time to ensure that my wife was bought in every decision making process (knowing some of the physical challenges my wife is facing ). Lastly, special word for Adam’s project manager, Mike. He has been a special person to work with; now that we have moved into our home for couple of months, he has been ever helpful to provide all the support and guidance for every little thing we need / have questions about. I would highly recommend Charleston Building and Development to anyone looking to build a quality , top notch home. You will be 100 % satisfied with your decision!

The entire team at Charleston in completely hands on. We recently remodeled our complete first floor including kitchen and added a bathroom. Worked very closely with Nicole on the design, planning, and deciding on all of the particulars including fixtures, appliances, flooring, ect.. Amazing!!! The subs that Charleston used were super professional and left the job site each day clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Charleston if you are considering a remodel or building your custom home. I have built 3 homes and the experience with Eric and his associate Nicole was one I think I am in a position to judge. I was determined to be tough and needed my high expectations met. They delivered! They were attentive, had a great set of vendors that all worked hard for me, delivered a product on time, in budget and the punch list was handled quickly and professionally. I wanted some custom things and they helped me with the design better than I would have expected. They were both great at helping me with finishes and style. The neighbors and I all seemed to be of the same opinion. When it came time to turn the Developement over to the HOA even that was handled fairly and expertly. It has been 3 years and the workmanship held up. The sound barrier between us and both sets of neighbors is more than adequate, we never hear them. I was concerned about being close to the river and potential water issues and even they never materialized. I have had to contact them a few times for help with issues, three years later, and even to this day get a reply quickly. The ultimate compliment is for me to say I would buy from them again.
