The initial appointment was prompt, professional and well guided. Andrii and Ben were assigned to our project and were very polite and worked tirelessly to get our project completed....much sooner that we expected! Andrii listened to all of our requests and kept us well informed of their progress and any options that we could consider. The project turned out Beautiful.....we are so pleased with the results. He was very confident in the quality of the company’s services and products and that helped us settle on CCB as the contractor we wanted to remodel our bathroom after a leak caused some water damage. He made it easy for us to pick and choose the materials we wanted and but also had good ideas about which of CCB’s custom work might compliment our plan. The install crew was courteous and did their best to mitigate the construction mess. we are very pleased with the results.

“We are extraordinarily satisfied with our kitchen remodel by Century City.”

We are extraordinarily satisfied with our kitchen remodel by Century City. We were told it would take around 21 days, it took 22 days - 34 from the start date minus 12 weekend and holidays. The demolition and floor removal was followed by painting and floor installation. Then the cabinets were installed followed by new quartz countertops and then the hooking up of the utilities. A myriad of details were completed to finish the project. Part of this included completely replacing the walls in the laundry room and painting the pantry. The kitchen remodel is fantastic. We purchased the flooring, the backsplash, the cook top and hood vent in addition to the contract price. We are impressed by each worker’s skill and cooperation with our requested details, especially Andre, Ben, Urey and Sergio.

Overall really happy with how our bathroom remodel turned out! The quality of the work was high, and we keep getting compliments on how it looks. I appreciate that there were no hidden costs, and they were willing to work with us to customize the bathroom to meet our preferences. It did take awhile to schedule the last part of the work (shelving), but we didn’t have a tight timeline so it worked out fine. I think this is a great option for bathroom remodeling in the Chicago area.

We needed a gut remodel of our main floor bathroom that included needing new pipes.Kevin Lavin was our sales associate and he assured us that we could make the updates we wanted in our old house’s small bathroom. Genti was our project manager and he was great! He was so patient and courteous. After the demolition, it turned out that there was plumbing that couldn’t be moved so Genti helped us solve that problem by developing an excellent B plan. The crew was so hard working and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom , especially my soaking tub that the crew was able to fit in. I recently had my second/guest bathroom remodeled by Century City Baths, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. From the beginning, Tony was super helpful during the planning phase. He answered all my questions and helped me think through the design. Genti was my project manager and made everything run seamlessly. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and flexible when I wanted to make changes. I always felt like the project was in great hands. The install crew was fantastic—every detail was handled with care and skill. The tile work looks clean, sharp, and professionally done. The plumbing, including the shower, valves, faucets, and toilet, was installed perfectly, and the vanity came together beautifully. The painting and electrical work, including canned lighting, the vanity light, mirror, and hardware, were all completed with a high level of quality and attention to detail. There were a few minor touch-ups needed after the main work, and I really appreciated that Genti followed up and had the team come back promptly to take care of everything. Thank you, Century City Baths—and a big thank you again for making it all happen!

“I had my bathroom remodeled by Century City Baths and could not be happier.”

I had my bathroom remodeled by Century City Baths and could not be happier! Prior to deciding to move forward with Century City Baths (CCB) I had two other companies quote me; while their rates were comparable, CCB had far more product options, could begin working sooner, and overall gave me more confidence to move forward for a large investment. I worked directly with Kevin Lavin to create my perfect bathroom. I had specific requests for a shower door and bench, and he was able to make it happen! I also had concerns about having contractors in a high-rise building, regarding trash removal and insurance coverage, and Kevin and the team managed it with ease. Kevin came over with plenty of tile and grout samples as well as provided websites and pamphlets for additional design inspiration; it was helpful to see and touch the samples. I felt confident with my selections, and then he explained that anything else I wanted to buy—like a toilet paper holder, towel rack, or mirror—they would mount for me at no extra cost. Another great perk was that if I had a large order (i.e.- vanity, toilet) I could ship to their warehouse; this was especially helpful since I live in a small condo. My contractor was Jacob, and he did a fantastic job. He made sure I was updated on the progress each day and we worked together when it was time to hang the items I purchased so it would be perfect. I was impressed at how well he cleaned up each night, leaving me at home with no mess, even though I had major construction going on. Overall, I highly recommend CCB and Kevin. (I only have one bathroom; but if I had two, I would definitely hire them again!)
