We had one issue with our herringbone backsplash and it was addressed quickly and professionally. I would recommend them.

We just wrapped our kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier. From day one, our contractor, Ed Zinser, was the real deal—punctual, straight-shooting, and obsessed with doing things the right way. He caught issues others missed (a slight floor sag, outdated venting) and fixed them without drama. The crew kept the site broom-clean every night, respected our home, and ran a tight schedule—finished exactly when Ed said they would and on the budget we agreed to (any change orders were ones we asked for). The craftsmanship shows everywhere: dead-level cabinets with perfect reveals, whisper-quiet soft-close drawers, flawless quartz seams, and a backsplash laid so clean it looks laser-set. Ed’s communication was A+—daily updates, photos, and clear next steps. Final punch list? Tiny—and handled the next day. Old-school integrity, modern execution. My only complaint is our friends keep inviting themselves over now. If you want a worry-free remodel done by people who take pride in their work, ask for Ed Zinser and this team. Five stars, no hesitation.

My husband and I just completed a minor kitchen remodel with the BBI team. We are experienced remodelers and can say this was the best experience we have had working with a company. Before we decided to use BBI, we spoke with several other companies. BBI was the only entity to support the entire project; from choosing and installing countertop materials, to reconnecting appliances, installing new sinks, offering backsplash options as well as building a new custom built-in cabinet to replace a built in desk in our kitchen. There design expertise with Maris L. was right on point and they worked with us every step of the process. I am very detailed and their team understood my needs. We worked together throughout the entire project. Their installation team was exceptional. Now we have a clean updated look. I would definitely use BBI again.

I purchased carpet from Best Buy Interiors and I couldn't be happier! Laura Gambill was my fabulous designer. She walked me through every step of the way. I had lots of questions, Laura made sure I understood everything, had samples to look at at home, and an idea of when the carpet would arrive. Jorge measured the rooms and told me what to expect the day of installation. The gentlemen that installed my carpet, Andy and Julio, went above and beyond. There were things I lacked the strength to move/lift and they told me not to worry, they would take care of it. And they did! What a great experience I had using Best Buy Interior Finishes. I honestly can't say enough good things from the owners to Laura, Jorge, Andy and Julio!!!! You won't be disappointed

We had a kitchen refresh project which entailed a lot of quartz countertops. We spoke with an independent contractor (not affiliated with Best Buy Interiors) and thought we had our project set to go. They stopped communication with us and we were very frustrated. From the minute we walked into Best Buy Interiors we knew we were in the right place. All staff were communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The laborers were experts at their craft for sure. The pricing was fair and we are thrilled with the finished product.
