Vernon Hills Kitchen and Half Bath Renovation We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our kitchen and half bath renovation. Bryan and the BDS team were great to work with, from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. They transformed our outdated 90’s “golden maple” kitchen. The space now feels fresh, functional, and stylish, and we’ve truly fallen back in love with the beautifully refinished wood floors throughout our first floor. BDS communicated with us consistently throughout the entire project, addressing any questions or punch list items as they arose. Their attention to detail, problem-solving and commitment to making sure everything was on track was very appreciated. The subcontractors they worked with were not only highly skilled but also polite and efficient. We were also impressed by the variety and quality of materials they sourced. Their suppliers offered a wide selection of cabinetry, countertops, tile, and lighting, with many being local, so we had the opportunity to see larger samples in person before making decisions. We are especially happy with the cabinet color and countertop. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.

This was our second experience working with the BDS team and we were, once again, very happy with the results. We needed to transform a dated primary bathroom from a 1990's aesthetic into a modern luxury space. The end result is absolutely beautiful and highly functional. An update to our powder room was also part of the scope of work. The team of Bryan, John, and Andrea were terrific to work with. They incorporated our wish list of features in the design, presented creative ideas that we had never considered, and made sure the end project exceeded our expectations. The subcontractors used along the way performed quality work and were respectful of our home during the process. Any issues that came up along the way were handled promptly and to our satisfaction.
