Autumn Homes remodeled both of our bathrooms, including removing walls and expanding them. Their work was spectacular, using the finest finishes, but priced reasonably. Their work was very high quality, and their responsiveness to all our questions and their design ideas were really where they brought the most value. We’ve seen some of their other work, including new homes they’ve built and they’re just the finest and on-trend builder in the western burbs.

From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough - Christian, Tyler, & Marla were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. We had a unique experience in that we tore down our very loved home of 7 years to build, what we hope is, our forever home! The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding, and every detail was meticulously handled. We had great experiences with all of their vendors and found the selection process much less daunting than we expected! They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were always available to answer our questions. Working with Autumn Homes is a step above working with other “custom home builders” in the area. We interviewed and priced out the entire process with several builders. Six months after moving in, and we know we absolutely made the right choice!! We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new home! Highly recommend Autumn Homes for anyone looking to build their dream home!

We built a home with Autumn in 2023. Marla, Christian, and Tyler are extremely knowledgeable, well connected, and have a high standard for their product. My husband and I were new to the custom home process and this team guided us from start to finish. We brought our ideas to Christian on a napkin and he was able to turn it into our first architectural rendering. The team led us through a year of meetings to select materials and other decisions needed for the home. Autumn always listened to our needs, supplied creative solutions, and were incredibly patient when we changed our minds on things in the final hour. Autumn not only stands out for their quality, but their communication. This team was reachable at all times by email, phone, or text. We were repeateldy impressed with their immediate responsiveness and their willingness to re-direct aspects of the project to accommadate new ideas we wanted to implement. They made us love the process so much that we look forward to doing it again someday! It has been a year in our new home and we couldnt be happier with the results. We highly recommend Autumn Homes to anyone thinking about building a one-of-kind home!

We selected Autumn Homes to renovate our Master Bathroom and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Every step in the process was professional and well managed, from design, product selection, installation and project management of the suppliers and tradesmen. AH recommended Kohler fixtures which are top notch. Particularly impressed with Tiffany at Styleline Cabinetry in Lockport for designing our custom vanities, a corner cabinet above the makeup table, and a beautiful linen cabinet. Krista with RKF Design ensured that our floor tile, wall tile and shower tile would be beautiful, low maintenance and timeless; she stopped at our home daily for 8 days to ensure our installation was flawless. Kasia at Midwest Stone provided lovely & durable quartz for our vanity tops, shower base & niche, and shelf in the linen cabinet. Overall, a well managed project from start to finish. I highly recommend you talk with AH for your home build or renovation.

“Autumn Homes” did a total remodel of our master bathroom, attached closet and laundry room. Our new bathroom is so beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased. Autumn Homes is a local (Naperville) family business who were “hands-on” and visible from start to finish! As homeowners, we have come to realize just how important it was to have the personal attention we were given and daily oversight of the sub contractors. BTW, all of the sub contractors Autumn used were top notch, friendly, and obviously took pride in their craftsmanship. We checked out Autumn Homes website for ideas and were able to visit one of their homesites to see examples of the quality homes they build. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new home or major remodel.
