Fred and his team are amazing! We had a severe algae outbreak due to some malfunctioning equipment while we’re on vacation. I contacted Fred on a Monday and let him know that we were having a party that Saturday and we’re hoping to have the pool ready by then. Fred, the owner, has been exceptionally responsive and helpful with a few equipment issues that have come up this pool season. For example, our pump went out a couple days before my son's birthday pool party and I was looking for a new pump that wasn't your basic off the shelf low-grade model. No other pool company I called was willing or able to help me quickly and most weren't even willing to answer a few simple questions I had over the phone. Fred was the exact opposite, he personally called me back within an hour after I called his office and he talked to me for over 30 minutes getting all kinds of details about my pool. He gave me his professional opinion on what pump I should go with and we came to the conclusion that my originally pump was drastically undersized for my size pool and the additional features I have. He ordered a new pump and got his tech to come install it within a couple days. He's been incredibly responsive and helpful with a few other small things that have come up and I plan to use AquaOne for our pool closing this year. Again, Fred was very thorough and explained their pool closing process. I feel like we're in good hands with AquaOne for any of our future pool repair or service needs. Keep up the great work!

A couple of weeks ago I hired AquaOne Pools to inspect an in-ground pool, belonging to a home, which I was purchasing. Aqua One sent their representative Andolfo to inspect the pool; he was very thorough and professional in his inspection. Having no experience owning a pool before, Andolfo took the time to thoroughly identify and explain the operation of the pool and it’s various components. He also pointed out a number of concerns and let me know that AquaOne’s Pool Report would document those concerns and provide an estimated cost to address them. I reviewed the report, when it was delivered, and contacted AquaOne Pools for some additional information regarding a few items on the list as well as projected future maintenance needs and costs. Being a pool novice, I had a lot of questions and AquaOnePools was very helpful. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism confirmed that I made the right choice in hiring them. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend Aqua One Pools to anyone in need of pool services

Outstanding, fabulous, stupendous. I can't say enough great things about AquaOne Pools. My husband and I live in Long Grove and had a pool put in 5 years ago. We have gone through 4 pool companies before we found Fred at AquaOne. Our pool has never looked so clean and when we did have a problem with the water being murky from a storm all I had to do was text fred and he told me what to do and he sent one of the guys out immediately to fix it. Normally he sends out ceasar who in himself is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's just a great company. No need to look anywhere else when you have found the best.

What a great experience, I called a few companies, and actually had two different companies come out, only making my pool worse and unusable for over a month!! I called AquaOne Pool and Fred sent someone over the very next day after just two days the pool looked a 100 times better, I couldn’t be more thankful!! They fixed things the other companies didn’t even mention or notice, they even had to restore the pool cover because it hadn’t been removed correctly saving me from having to replace it!!!
