The team identified the issue of incorrect hinges installed and expertly removed the old hinges, installed the correct ones, and ensured that the door swing was level and opened un impeded. “We are a 6 unit condo building in Wrigleyville.”

We are a 6 unit condo building in Wrigleyville. Our front gate is secure and controlled by entering a code to release the lock. Recently we have had issues with people reaching through the gate bars and opening the locked knob. It wasn’t easy to fine a company to do the iron work we needed. Americana gave us a very reasonable quote to weld a metal mesh screen to the gate making the “reach around” much less likely. They installed the mesh as well as a soft close mechanism and finished by painting it all to match the existing metal gate and fence. They were responsive and showed up exactly when they said they would. The workers were very nice and professional. We would totally recommend this company if you have any metal work you need done.
