We worked with Andy Xu in the cabinet process and he really helped us all the way through to the end, which was really very much appreciated. Wow! Incredible! I’m so freakin happy right now! I came to T2 to just see some cabinets but I’m leaving with sooooo much more! We worked with Annette who was patient, informative, a good listener, and an excellent designer. She explained all of our options, had a really good feel for the cost of simple add-ons like deeper cabinets or knife cuts and was very fast with creating detailed drawings while we waited! Hudson, the Boss, was also helpful and informal which simply sealed the deal for me! I’m excited to become a T2 cabinet customer and will be one of their biggest promoters!

Initially, we felt overwhelmed by all the details, but after our first consultation with Sue, we were completely at ease. She quickly understood what we wanted and brought our vision to life. What stood out most was Sue’s insightful point of view. She didn’t just listen to our ideas; she offered practical advice on the pros and cons of various design elements. We chose the Shinoki panel, and the result is stunning. The craftsmanship is impeccable—T2 even matched the grain patterns on the panels, creating a seamless and polished look. When a small issue arose with a panel on the island, it was replaced promptly and without hassle. Annette supporting Sue was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, answering all our questions with patience and professionalism. The T2 team truly rocks! Highly recommend them for anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

I was considering two other cabinet companies, but at the last minute, switched to T2 based on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did.
