If there was any hiccups he resolved them quickly. Eddie anticipated issues, he was hands on and someone I would recommend at any time. We are very pleased with our basement. We recently completed a major home renovation with Airoom—including a kitchen remodel (completely gutted to the studs), complete exterior update, a full bathroom addition, and added a new home office—and the entire experience was exceptional! From the very beginning, Jack Klein guided us through the process with care and professionalism. Our designers, Robyn Rue and Brett Henthorn, brought incredible creativity and thoughtfulness to the table. They really helped us shape a vision that felt both beautiful and functional. But the real standout was our project superintendent, John Masterson. John was simply amazing. He was organized, communicative, always a step ahead, and truly cared about getting every detail just right. His calm, confident approach kept the entire process running smoothly—even when surprises came up. He treated our home like his own and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. The quality of the work, the coordination, and the dedication of the entire team exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our new space and are so glad we chose Airoom. Highly recommend!
