“I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

I couldn’t recommend them enough! We had a very specific vision for our downstairs powder room and they helped us bring it to life better than I could have expected. Our house is over 100 years old and nothing is level or standard. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship can’t be understated. How they managed to cut little bits of tile to keep everything consistent, balanced, and symmetrical is beyond me. An added bonus was their patience and corporation with us as we finalized and changed trims and fixtures while they were already on the job. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

We made a new Chicago purchase that needed a lot of work. Family and contacts gave Enes a strong recommendation. We were pleased from the start with a clear and detailed estimate process. We had kitchen/dining renovation with a new floor along with prep and painting of the whole unit. This involved dealing with lead paint and all of the issues of working on a 100 year old building. Instead of just painting over defects that were found, trim/wall repairs were discussed and completed before painting. All of the work was very high quality. The cost of the project was clearly outlined and very fair. Communication was great with a two way flow of ideas and suggestions. This was particularly important when adapting to what a 100 year building would allow us to do. We were extremely pleased. Enes was excellent and we would strongly recommend A1 Dream Home Construction to anyone.

As an owner of several multi-unit buildings in the Lakeview area, I feel fortunate to have found Enes and A1 Dream Home Construction! I've had numerous opportunities to work with Enes and he quickly became my go to contractor. He has extremely high standards and his work and materials are top quality. He does what he says he's going to do...when he said he would do it. He's on time, fast working, mindful of tenants, and very conscientious in terms of post work cleanup. He's also a great listener and willing to offer options that may be more cost effective or a better solution. I highly recommend Enes and A1 Dream Home Construction and look forward to continuing to work with him!

As a board member of our homeowners association, I've had a number of opportunities to work with A1 Dream Home Construction over the past few years. I am always impressed by the quality of their work. Projects are carefully done and perfectly finished. Their post-work cleanup is amazing. Their prices are very fair, and they provide accurate estimates as to the time-length of the project. For our projects, they have provided quality materials which were included in the estimates so there were no surprises. They arrive on time and always call if they might be a little late due to traffic. But I think the most important thing is the ease with which we can work with them. If I am not sure about the specifics of a project, Enes is great to talk with about possibilities and solutions. He is genuinely interested in the best way to do a project for the benefit of the client. He's both knowledgeable and creative. He and his team are mindful of a client's concerns and they are a pleasure to have around. They maintain standards of skill, honesty, fairness, and customer care to which all businesses should aspire. We will not hesitate to use them for future projects.

We are fortunate to have found Enes. We will use his services for as long as he will keep us :). We are first-time home-buyers. Naturally, I sought multiple quotes and opinions for some pretty big jobs we needed done before we could move in and Enes was not only the most reasonably priced, he treated us as part of the team AND asked our opinions when we hit road-blocks (surprise and immovable piping in the wall where we wanted to put a door!). He is one of the nicest people too. Our puppy is super picky with humans and instantly LOVED him. As we were walking through the house, when Enes wanted to show us something, he even went out of his way to make sure our puppy was safe and not going to hurt herself in the construction site. Really, just one of the nicest people. Now that I think about it, I don't remember the last time I met someone with his work ethic. Can't wait to have him gut and redo our bathroom in the spring and hopefully the kitchen too by the end of the year. Yeah... we bought a home that had ZERO love or renos in over 40 years... Best part (after quality of work and personality, of course), Enes goes with the budget, never once judging opinions or requests. He even came up with creative work-arounds that helped the money situation too. I cannot recommend him more highly and can't wait to work on more projects with him.
