After a pretty lengthy search we finally decided on A. Perry to build our forever home. From the initial meeting with Anthony to the preliminary design to the build and the ultimate move-in we were very happy with the entire experience. They were very responsive, had every base covered, made sure we were kept current on progress and, most importantly, provided us with peace-of-mind. We were so happy with A. Perry we contracted with them to finish our basement shortly after we moved in. The basement is now complete and we love it. Would highly recommend them for your build/renovation and would definitely use them again.

Building a custom home can be one of the most challenging life dreams a family can undertake. After careful exploration and vetting, the A. Perry team, our journey was begun. We spoke extensively with current home owners who purchased their custom home from A. Perry to ensure that we had chosen wisely. The home owners were honest with our direct answers and let us view their entire property. We were impressed by the quality of the final product. From our inspiration and vision to meeting the design team to the several draft proposals, we knew that our home would be a unique home given our needs. The design team offered outstanding suggestions that translated our desires into functional yet elegant concepts. Every detail was reviewed during the design sessions. Once approved by us, the permits were submitted, then the construction started. From the excavation, to the framing, to the roof installation, to the window installation, to the mechanicals, we could see our dream come to fruition. The core team to assist with the choices of tile, flooring, lighting, appliances, etc.., did keep us on track. As the final product was completed, our daily/weekly walk-throughs were truly filled with excitement. I give strong accolades to the site project manager who was highly personable and professional to help ease any small disruptions which seldomly occurred. As my wife and I now view our house prior to the final move, we are totally in awe of our dream home. The fruits of our hard work as healthcare professionals, we be the HOME of our family and the home to entertain our friends.

Though I have not used A. Perry Homes (yet!) for a project in my home, I'm writing to commend them for the support of our community which they provide. They are very generous with the use of their space for non-profit or philathropic events which support the local communities in the area. I have been to several gatherings or meetings in their space, which they so graciously supplied for the local school district or local charity groups. It's wonderful to see this level of community support and give-back. We're lucky to have A. Perry Homes in our village! I'm also impressed by the space itself and the showcases of their work within the space, which all represents a high level of quality that they produce.

“Earlier this month, I was looking for the perfect spot to host an open-house community building...”

Earlier this month, I was looking for the perfect spot to host an open-house community building event for a local women's organization here in Wilmette. I was walking my dog near the Starbucks at Washington and Green Bay when I remembered A. Perry Homes around the corner. I had attended a school fundraiser there way back when in pre-Covid times! Eureka. I left them a voicemail and an hour later I had a call back from Anthony Perry and that was that. I had secured THE perfect gathering spot for our event. I am writing this review just to share how awesome their team is and let the community know that they have a beautiful showroom / flex work space available for meetings and parties. The space is lovely and well-appointed as you might imagine since they are luxury home builders, but it's the people about whom I can't say enough good things. The team at A. Perry Homes, I mean every single person I encountered was professional, helpful, and friendly. I might even add downright cheerful. From my initial call with Anthony, to my emails with Shannon and walk-through with Ana - everyone seemed happy to have us there and invested in us having a great time and a successful event . Which we absolutely did! So many of our members in attendance that night have asked if we will be there for future get-togethers (I sure hope so). You may also want to know that they have both indoor and outdoor seating areas, a full kitchen, outdoor heaters, plus a grill and fridge on the patio, tables and chairs, lounge seating etc). As a local small business owner myself, I am happy to say that my experience with their team exceeded my expectations, so I can only imagine how they engage with their "actual" architectural / home build clients. I endorse this great crew and this cool location to anyone looking for a unique and flexible space to hold a local event. Thank you so much, A. Perry Homes for being a great supporter of your local community!
