Excellent GC to Work with. This was our first time working with 41 North. We found them to be great value, knowledgeable and put together. Did everything go perfect. No, remodeling rarely does, but they worked through the challenges together with us and treated us fairly throughout the entire process all the way through the end. Matt Case was our PM and he had a positive attitude and did a great job all the way through the finish line and punch lists until we got both CO and our Health inspection.
