My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the kitchen renovation that Jerry Madry and his team, including Peter and Robert, recently finished for us! Their work ethic is impressive, and they are very professional, capable, and thorough! They were reasonably priced, take pride in their work, and impressively solved the very few issues that arose! We live in a high rise, and they were knowledgeable about the requirements that arise when working in such an environment. They also read and followed all of the guidelines and were flexible when our building failed to reserve the elevator for the duration of time promised. Jerry also updated us regularly and responded quickly to any questions we had! They are very friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and they were careful and thorough but also finished very quickly! We are incredibly impressed with Jerry and his team! We also loved that Jerry donated our old cabinets, appliances, countertops, etc to a family who were in need! Jerry is such a fair and good person, and we recommend him and his team highly!

After meeting Jerry Madry with 312contractor, we decided to hire the company because of the owner’s deep knowledge about construction process in high rise buildings, large portfolio of past projects in notable properties in Chicago area and reasonable quotation for the bathroom remodel project. Jerry’s team did a wonderful job. Entire team was extremely professional, respectful and paid a great deal of attention to details. We couldn’t be happier with final results!!!

“I truly can't say enough positive things about Jerry.”

I truly can't say enough positive things about Jerry. He and his crew are incredibly professional, very nice, extremely understanding and unwaveringly supportive. To go into complete detail would take a full day of writing and several hours to read so I'll do my best to summarize this. The kitchen cabinets arrive... They helped organize and keep track of all 62 boxes of the new kitchen, then unboxed and organized everything with zero errors or accidents. They did this all before pulling my old kitchen apart. The demo was fast and relatively quiet which was hugely important bc I work from home and am hosting meeting all day. Before installing anything they double-checked and someone's triple-checked with me to ensure proper placement and measurement. They were incredible fast to lay the new piping for the electrical as well as reinforcing the wall before putting the cabinets up to ensure there wouldn't be any issues foundationally. THIS IS RARE. My other GC installed a heavy barn door then had to come back in to fix and repair the wall when the weight of the door pulled it off the drywall. The electrical work was done in a day and the cabinets were installed in 3 days time. They painted everything and reinforced my new bar shelving in a single day as well. We had 3/4 walls in the loft and they closed off the second room in just a day. During a part of the kitchen remodel, my HOA asked to stop and inspect the work and Jerry's crew pulled down a section of the wall they had already put up to ensure what we were doing was up to code bc of an erroneous complaint from a neighbor. An unfortunate incident but they pulled the entire wall down then reinstalled it without complaining or making the situation worse. It was 10' x 8' section of wall. AGAIN, VERY RARE. Everything they did was up to code and verified multiple times and they insisted on doing everything properly. AGAIN, VERY RARE. My last GC tried to convince me to cut corners where he could and we got into several arguments bc of it. My place looks amazing. I've added about 300K of value as a result of the work Jerry did and I really can't say enough positive things about him and his crew. Don't make the mistakes I made when I first started this. If you're doing a remodel, use Jerry, listen to him and save yourself from wasted time, undo anxiety and wasted money. Hire this guy!!

Jerry and his team fully remodeled our master bathroom, which included full demolition, removal of a tub, installation of a new shower system, moving plumbing, redesign, etc. From the beginning of the process, Jerry was incredibly friendly, professional and talked through each step of the remodel. He was also very transparent in terms of pricing and timing. Jerry and his team have a strong focus on quality, which was evident in the detail and the time he took to make sure the end product was perfect. Jerry always came with suggestions to make sure that our vision for the bathroom could be achieved (for example, he went out of his way and found a special drain system that would work with our selected shower finish). He was also very present, coming to the job site daily to supervise and update us on status, even to help clean any construction dust he found. He did not upcharge from his quote and, in fact, helped fix other issues he found in the bathroom at no additional charge to ensure the quality was to his standard. I have already recommended Jerry to several people and will continue to work with 312 for any future remodeling work that arises.
