Jim was awesome to work with! Jim is an old school guy - says what he means and means what he says. I appreciate that. Jim's guys did a great job rebuilding my deck staircase - first rate craftsmanship! They also did some concrete and tuck pointing work which was also extremely well done. They did an excellent job. They are neat, pick up after themselves and were there when they said they would be. We liked them so much we had Jim roof our daughters house as well.

My Mother-in-Law was in serious need of repairs to the brick exterior of her home, we called 1st American to take a look and see what could be done. They assessed the situation and provided us with their plan. Much to our relief they said that they could repair the deterioration that had taken place. The 1st American crew was great, they protected all my Mother-in-Law's landscaping during the repairs as well as to the next door neighbor's homes. They showed up on the scheduled days, kept us fully informed and even did additional repairs that they didn't discover until they were able to get started. And all for the quoted price. This was the second time we have used 1st American and have had a great experience each time. I highly recommend 1st American, you will not be disappointed.
