We made the mistake of not hiring Vladimir and his team at the start of our gut rehab. Our initial architect got us through permitting and was disengaged; honestly, we thought that’s what it was like with architects. And then we met Vladimir, who couldn’t have provided us with a more opposite experience. He got to know us and, frankly, knew how to translate what we wanted in a home into reality in a way we never had imagined was possible. His design aesthetic, attention to detail, and follow-through are rare in this field. We appreciated his candor, even when it wasn’t what we wanted to hear - it was what we needed.
